中尼合作：萬里征程風正勁

北京妙應寺，一座通體雪白的佛塔高高聳立，這座充滿異域風情的佛塔建于公元1279年，是我國現存年代最早、規模最大的喇嘛塔。主持修建者是來自尼波羅國（今尼泊爾）的著名工藝家阿尼哥。

再往上追溯，早在2000多年前，四川的絲綢和鹽茶，就通過絲綢之路運往尼泊爾等南亞各國。而今，中尼建交63年來，兩國的傳統友誼和友好合作不斷發展。

2018年6月，尼泊爾總理奧利訪華時談道，"希望通過發展跨境互聯互通，從內陸閉塞的國家轉變為陸地相連’的國家。事實上，近些年，中尼兩國已經開展了許多合作。

2016年投產的上馬相迪A水電站是中企在尼泊爾境內開發建設、運營的第一個項目，2018年5月投產的尼泊爾紅獅希望水泥有限公司水泥生產線被授予“中國企業投資榮譽獎”。在旅游勝地博卡拉市，中國投資者正在修建國際機場，竣工后，中國游客就能直接飛來.....

對尼援助方面，中國把重點集中在民生、災后重建及基礎設施建設等方面，包括多所學校和醫院、加德滿都內環路升級改造、塔托帕尼邊檢站災后恢復、加德滿都杜巴廣場九層神廟修復等。這些項目為尼改善民生、促進經濟和社會發展發揮了巨大作用。

當年，阿尼哥跋山涉水一路艱辛來到中國，如今已是另一番景象。2018年7月，中尼鐵路協議簽署，兩國將迎來更廣闊的發展前景。中尼合作，征程萬里風正勁！

In the Miaoying Temple， Beijing， erects the tall White Dagoba. Built in 1279， it is the oldest and biggest existing I amaistpagoda in China. Amiko， a famous I icchavi （an ancient kingdom in modern-day Nepal） architect， presided over the construction.

Before that， as early as over two thousand years ago， silk， salt and tea from Sichuan Province， China， had been sent toSouth Asia， including Nepal. Now， 63 years after Nepal andChina knotted the diplomatic ties， the enduring friendship and cooperation between the two countries keep making progress.

In June 2018， during his visit to China， Nepal's Prime MinisterK. P. Sharma Oli said that we want to move from the state of aland-locked to a land-linked country through the development of adequate cross border connectivity." In fact， China and Nepalhave launched cooperation in multiple aspects over the past years.

The Upper Marsyangdi-A Hydropower Project， the first project developed and operated by Chinese enterprises in Nepal， was put into operation in 2016. The Hongshi Shivam CementPvt. Ltd， a Nepal-China joint venture， which started production in May 2018， was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation forChinese Investment in Nepal. In Pokhara， the famous tourist destination， Chinese investors are constructing a new internationalairport. Chinese travelers will be able to take direct fights to thiscity when the construction is completed.

China's assistance to Nepal focuses on people's livelihood， post-disaster reconstruction and infrastructure construction， including upgrading schools and hospitals， renovating the inner ring road of Katmandu， post-disaster recovery of Tatopani frontier inspection station， and restoration of the Basantapur Tower atDurbar Square， Katmandu. These projects have contributed tremendously to improving Nepali people's livelihood as well as economic and social development.

Over 700 years ago， Arniko traveled to China through an arduous journey. Nowadays， everything takes on a new look.In July 2018， China and Nepal signed an agreement on railway construction， which offered a broader prospect for the two countries. The China-Nepal cooperation is a magnificent jourmey that keeps gathering momentum！
