具有促進(jìn)骨折愈合的中藥及作用機(jī)制

摘要 從有代表中醫(yī)藥的經(jīng)典本草著作中，尋找可以促進(jìn)骨折愈合的文獻(xiàn)，并加以輯述，利用古代本草文獻(xiàn)及醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫，結(jié)合現(xiàn)代藥理學(xué)的研究成果，研究促進(jìn)骨折愈合中藥的特點(diǎn)，同時參考現(xiàn)代研究的成果，為研究古方及現(xiàn)代骨科臨床應(yīng)用提供理論基礎(chǔ)。文獻(xiàn)及藥理研究表明，中藥對促進(jìn)骨折愈合有較好的作用，不論是內(nèi)服，還是外用等都是可以采用的方法。深入研究促進(jìn)骨折愈合的中藥，并從分子藥理學(xué)的角度進(jìn)行分析，有助于揭開中藥促進(jìn)骨折愈合的機(jī)制。

Abstract To find，edit and narrate literatures about promoting fracture healing from representative and classic works of Chinese materia medica.By using ancient literatures of Chinese materia medica and medical literature databases，combining research achievements of modern pharmacology，to study characteristics of Chinese materia medica for promoting fracture healing.Referring to the modern research achievements，it provides a theoretical basis for studies on clinical application of ancient formulas and modern orthopedics.Literatures and pharmacological studies have shown that Chinese materia medica has a good effect on promoting fracture healing.It can be taken both internally and externally.In-depth study on Chinese materia medica that promotes fracture healing，and analysis from the perspective of molecular pharmacology，can help uncover the mechanism of Chinese materia medica in promoting fracture healing.

中醫(yī)學(xué)著作中有很多關(guān)于促進(jìn)骨折愈合的中藥，這些中藥涉及植物、動物、礦物，各有不同的特性，這些特性對于研究藥用生物中促進(jìn)骨折愈合的成分很有意義。筆者利用業(yè)余時間查閱古代本草著作中關(guān)于促進(jìn)骨折愈合中藥，并加以編述，以便今后能從傳統(tǒng)生物中藥中找到促進(jìn)骨折愈合的相關(guān)藥物因子，對更好地促進(jìn)骨折的預(yù)后有積極的意義。

1 續(xù)筋接骨中藥文獻(xiàn)的來源

為了尋找續(xù)筋接骨的中藥，我仔細(xì)翻閱了從古至今的中藥書籍，這些書籍包括：《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)》《本草綱目》《本草綱目拾遺》《得配本草》《本草思辨錄》《本草乘雅半偈》等中醫(yī)有代表性的本草著作，以“骨”字為檢索字，進(jìn)行全文搜索。又從CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫，以“接骨”“。接骨”“促進(jìn)骨折愈合”作為關(guān)鍵詞，搜集中醫(yī)關(guān)于促進(jìn)骨折愈合的文獻(xiàn)，力爭全方位地解讀中醫(yī)藥中促進(jìn)骨折愈合中藥的基本特性，為現(xiàn)代促進(jìn)骨折愈合的中藥研究提供依據(jù)?！?br>
