摘 要:隨著電子雷管技術(shù)的推廣,數(shù)碼電子雷管已在金屬礦山、露天煤礦或隧道等工程領(lǐng)域成功應(yīng)用,但在井工煤礦的應(yīng)用尚不清楚。本文基于數(shù)碼電子雷管的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn),圍繞數(shù)碼電子雷管應(yīng)用于井工煤礦的相關(guān)影響因素展開分析,結(jié)合相關(guān)案例和數(shù)據(jù)就數(shù)碼電子雷管在井工煤礦應(yīng)用的市場環(huán)境、產(chǎn)品來源、生產(chǎn)成本、操作技術(shù)、政策保障和工程應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行綜合分析,提出了數(shù)碼電子雷管應(yīng)用于井工煤礦的合理化建議。

Abstract: With the promotion of electronic detonator technology, digital electronic detonator has been successfully applied in the field of metal ore mine, open pit coal mine or tunnel, but its application in welling coal mine is still unclear. Based on the product characteristics of digital electronic detonators, this paper analyzed the influence factors on the application of digital electronic detonators to coal mines. Combining with relevant cases and data, this paper put forward reasonable suggestions on the application of digital electronic detonators in mine industry and coal mine from the aspects of market environment, product source, production cost, operation technology, policy guarantee and engineering application.

1 數(shù)碼電子雷管的概念及特點(diǎn)
1.1 概念
數(shù)碼電子雷管,又稱電子雷管、數(shù)碼雷管或工業(yè)數(shù)碼電子雷管,是采用電子控制模塊對起爆過程進(jìn)行控制的電雷管的總稱。其中,電子控制模塊指置于電子雷管內(nèi)部,具備雷管起爆延期時(shí)間控制、起爆能量控制功能,內(nèi)置雷管身份信息碼和起爆密碼,能對自身功能、性能以及雷管點(diǎn)火原件的電性能進(jìn)行測試,并能和起爆控制器及其他外部控制設(shè)備進(jìn)行通信的專用電路模塊。
1.2 特點(diǎn)
1.2.1 安全性高。①數(shù)碼電子雷管采用密碼進(jìn)行控制,每發(fā)雷管都設(shè)有唯一識(shí)別碼(ID碼),需要授權(quán)后才能起爆。②可對數(shù)碼電子雷管使用期限進(jìn)行控制,超過規(guī)定使用期限后,雷管將不能再被起爆。即使延期模塊部分被非法拆解后,基礎(chǔ)雷管也不能被導(dǎo)火索點(diǎn)燃,只有采用配套專用起爆器經(jīng)過密碼驗(yàn)證后才能起爆,普通的電源甚至22V工頻電源均不能起爆,實(shí)現(xiàn)了本質(zhì)安全。……
