無醛人造板及其制品供應鏈管理

摘要：無醛認證項目的實施為人造板和人造板制品生產商宣傳無醛產品提供了可靠依據，規范了行業內的無醛制品的識別標準，能有效促進人造板及其制品環保質量的提升，促進企業品牌的創建。

通過無醛認證的人造板及人造板制品企業可向中國林產工業協會和北京綠林認證有限公司申請無醛產品標簽。終端消費者通過掃描貼附在產品上的標簽，可查詢產品的生產商、生產商資質、產品所使用的原料種類及型式檢測報告等追溯信息，從而實現無醛人造板及其制品供應鏈管理。

Abstract： The implementation of formaldehyde-free certification project provides a reliable basis for the manufacturers of wood-based panels and wood-based panels product to publicize formaldehyde-free products， standardizes the identification standards of formaldehyde-free products in the industry， effectively promotes the improvement of environmental protection quality of wood-based panels and their products， and promotes the establishment of enterprise brand.

The formaldehyde-free wood-based panels and wood-based panel products enterprises can apply for formaldehyde-free product labels from China Forestry Industry Association and Beijing Green Forest Certification. By scanning the label attached to the product， the end consumer can search the traceability information of the manufacturer， the qualification of the manufacturer， the type of raw materials used in the product and the type test report of the product，which realizes formaldehyde-free wood-based panel and its products supply chain management.

1 .引言

隨著人造板及其制品越來越多的走入我們的生活，甲醛也漸漸地被人們所認知。室內空氣中的甲醛主要來源于建筑材料、木質家具等。室內裝飾裝修和家具的主要材料之一是人造板，而人造板生產中，大量使用脲醛、酚醛和三聚氰胺等含甲醛的樹脂作為膠粘劑，其中使用最多的是脲醛樹脂膠，脲醛樹脂膠在制造和投入人造板生產的使用過程中會大量釋放甲醛，從而嚴重污染環境，也對人體健康產生危害。

2 .無醛人造板及其制品認證

中國林產工業協會為貫徹國家標準化改革及木制品質量提升有關規定，結合人造板行業的具體情況，頒布了T/CNFPIA 3002-2018《無醛人造板及其制品》團體標準。標準編制工作自2017年6月29日啟動以來，得到了全行業的高度關注，共有86家企業和單位參與了標準編制工作。……
