新形勢下房屋建筑工程中的施工現(xiàn)場管理

摘? 要：房屋建筑工程，尤其是高層、超高層，包含的施工環(huán)節(jié)多，內(nèi)容復(fù)雜，前后投入大，影響施工建設(shè)的因素非常多，一旦出現(xiàn)問題都會降低房屋建筑工程的質(zhì)量，不利于房屋建筑工程企業(yè)市場形象的塑造、競爭力的提升、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的獲取，為此，一定要認(rèn)真做好房屋建筑工程各項工作，其中，施工現(xiàn)場管理，是一個重要方面，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、科學(xué)的管理，有助于提升房屋建筑工程施工技術(shù)應(yīng)用水平，合理應(yīng)用各項建筑資源，對房屋建筑工程企業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步具有重要影響。

Abstract： Housing construction projects， especially high-rise and super high-rise buildings， contain many construction links， complex contents， large investment before and after， and many factors affecting construction. Once there are problems， the quality of housing construction projects will be reduced. It is not conducive to the shaping of the market image of housing construction enterprises， the promotion of competitiveness and the acquisition of economic benefits. Therefore， it is necessary to do a good job in housing construction projects， among which， the management of the construction site is an important aspect. Rigorous and scientific management is helpful to improve the application level of housing construction technology， the rational use of various building resources， and has an important impact on the development and progress of housing construction enterprises.

引言

從當(dāng)前房屋建筑工程施工來看，施工企業(yè)所有的生產(chǎn)要素，包括各種人財物力資源都集中在施工現(xiàn)場區(qū)域，各種建筑材料、半成品等的使用價值以及價值的最終體現(xiàn)都離不開施工現(xiàn)場管理，只有在科學(xué)的管理環(huán)境中，才能理順現(xiàn)場施工關(guān)系，把各種資源精準(zhǔn)合理的應(yīng)用到施工當(dāng)中，減少各種推諉扯皮現(xiàn)象。施工現(xiàn)場管理是否科學(xué)到位，直接影響著企業(yè)造價成本開支，也關(guān)系著施工技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，更是影響著房屋建筑工程的質(zhì)量。

1 建筑施工現(xiàn)場管理的內(nèi)涵分析

施工現(xiàn)場管理內(nèi)容包括的范圍相當(dāng)廣泛，首先是人：包括一線施工人員、機(jī)械設(shè)備操作人員、質(zhì)量安全管理人員;其次是機(jī)：主要是指施工過程中所使用到的各種機(jī)械設(shè)備;再次是料：由于房屋建筑工程的復(fù)雜性，施工現(xiàn)場會有非常多的建筑原材料、配件、半成品等;最后是法：各種檢測技術(shù)、工藝以及能源資源、周邊環(huán)境、施工信息等?！?br>
