新形勢下房屋建筑工程中的施工現場管理

摘? 要：房屋建筑工程，尤其是高層、超高層，包含的施工環節多，內容復雜，前后投入大，影響施工建設的因素非常多，一旦出現問題都會降低房屋建筑工程的質量，不利于房屋建筑工程企業市場形象的塑造、競爭力的提升、經濟效益的獲取，為此，一定要認真做好房屋建筑工程各項工作，其中，施工現場管理，是一個重要方面，嚴謹、科學的管理，有助于提升房屋建筑工程施工技術應用水平，合理應用各項建筑資源，對房屋建筑工程企業的發展進步具有重要影響。

Abstract： Housing construction projects， especially high-rise and super high-rise buildings， contain many construction links， complex contents， large investment before and after， and many factors affecting construction. Once there are problems， the quality of housing construction projects will be reduced. It is not conducive to the shaping of the market image of housing construction enterprises， the promotion of competitiveness and the acquisition of economic benefits. Therefore， it is necessary to do a good job in housing construction projects， among which， the management of the construction site is an important aspect. Rigorous and scientific management is helpful to improve the application level of housing construction technology， the rational use of various building resources， and has an important impact on the development and progress of housing construction enterprises.

引言

從當前房屋建筑工程施工來看，施工企業所有的生產要素，包括各種人財物力資源都集中在施工現場區域，各種建筑材料、半成品等的使用價值以及價值的最終體現都離不開施工現場管理，只有在科學的管理環境中，才能理順現場施工關系，把各種資源精準合理的應用到施工當中，減少各種推諉扯皮現象。施工現場管理是否科學到位，直接影響著企業造價成本開支，也關系著施工技術的應用，更是影響著房屋建筑工程的質量。

1 建筑施工現場管理的內涵分析

施工現場管理內容包括的范圍相當廣泛，首先是人：包括一線施工人員、機械設備操作人員、質量安全管理人員;其次是機：主要是指施工過程中所使用到的各種機械設備;再次是料：由于房屋建筑工程的復雜性，施工現場會有非常多的建筑原材料、配件、半成品等;最后是法：各種檢測技術、工藝以及能源資源、周邊環境、施工信息等。……
