辨析：

比較glance，look，glare和stare

這四個動詞都有“看”的意思，通常都作不及物動詞，但“看”的動作和側重有所不同。

glance指“匆忙地看一眼”，也指“粗略地、隨便看看”;look表示“有意識地注意看”，將視線集中于某人或某物上，著重于看的動作;glare指“憤怒、兇狠地看”，強調敵對或威脅的態度;stare指“呆呆地看”，含有粗魯的意味。

I didnt read the whole paper. I just glanced at the headlines.
