昔日歐洲最大銀行宣布重組將在全球裁員1.8萬人

德國當(dāng)?shù)貢r間7月8日，德意志銀行宣布，將進行全面重組，具體舉措包括完全退出股票銷售和交易業(yè)務(wù)，并在2022年之前裁員1.8萬人。截至今年3月，該行在全球范圍擁有9.15萬名員工，其中在德國有4.15萬名員工。

德銀首席執(zhí)行官克里斯蒂安·澤溫稱，這是德意志銀行幾十年來最根本的轉(zhuǎn)型，等同于一次徹底重建。重組計劃是為了解決德銀長期以來的高運營成本問題。德銀計劃通過重組削減其年度總成本的四分之一。

澤溫認(rèn)為，此前德銀幾乎同時在銀行市場的每個領(lǐng)域競爭，把戰(zhàn)線拉得太長，需要通過改革把力量集中在幾個最具競爭力的地方。

德意志銀行曾是歐洲資產(chǎn)規(guī)模最大的銀行。但是自2007年達(dá)到股價峰值以來，其股價已經(jīng)下跌了95%，在6月份跌至創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄的低點。但是，市場對于此次重組計劃還存在著爭議，重組消息傳出后，德意志銀行股價先是大漲近4%，而后大跌近7個百分點。

ADB Signs Deal with Far East Horizon to Improve Health Care In Rural PRC

亞洲開發(fā)銀行（亞行）與遠(yuǎn)東宏信有限公司（遠(yuǎn)東宏信）7月8日簽署了1.5億美元的貸款協(xié)議，旨在為中國12個最不發(fā)達(dá)省份的公立醫(yī)院提供租賃融資，改善中國農(nóng)村人口的醫(yī)療服務(wù)狀況。

The Asian Development Bank （ADB） signed on 8 July a loan agreement of $150 million with Far East Horizon Limited （FEH） to provide lease financing to public hospitals in 12 of the least developed provinces in the Peoples Republic of China （PRC）， improving health service delivery to people in rural parts of? the country.

本協(xié)議是亞行一項3.5億美元融資計劃的一部分，該計劃包括由商業(yè)聯(lián)合融資方出資的2億美元B類貸款。

It is part of a $350 million financing package from ADB， which also includes a B loan of up to $200 million to be funded by commercial cofinanciers.

遠(yuǎn)東宏信將把亞行貸款用于支持醫(yī)院建設(shè)或購買醫(yī)療設(shè)備。支持的醫(yī)院將全部位于中國中西部地區(qū)人均收入水平最低的12個省份。

FEH will use the proceeds of ADBs loan to finance the lease or purchase of modern medical equipment. Eligible hospitals will be from the 12 least developed provinces in terms of per capita income， which are located in the central and western regions of the PRC.

具體而言，亞行貸款將全部用于主要服務(wù)周邊農(nóng)村人口的縣級醫(yī)院。

Specifically， the ADB loan proceeds will be used exclusively for county hospitals， which primarily serve the population in surrounding rural.

亞行私營部門金融機構(gòu)處處長克里斯蒂娜·恩斯特龍表示：“通過租賃安排，亞行與遠(yuǎn)東宏信簽署的協(xié)議將幫助公立醫(yī)院獲得急需的資金來投資新設(shè)備、提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)，切實改善人們的生活?！?/p>

“ADBs deal with FEH will help public hospitals to access much-needed finance， through a leasing arrangement， to invest in new equipment and deliver higher-quality medical services that will make a real difference to peoples lives.”said Ms. Engstrom， Director of ADBs Private Sector Financial Institutions Division.

Embraers newest Profit Hunter – the E195-E2 showcasing a stunning “TechLion” livery that covers the entire aircrafts fuselage – will now begin its global demo tour. It is the biggest aircraft ever developed by Embraer.

本次巡演首站7月8日在中國廈門啟航，并將在7-8月間飛抵亞太區(qū)的多個城市。

The first stop is in Xiamen， China， on July 8th， followed by several stops within China and Asia Pacific during the months of July and August.

The E195-E2 is the most environmentally friendly aircraft in its class. It has the lowest levels of external noise and emissions. The cumulative margin to ICAO Stage IV noise limit ranges from 19 to 20 EPNdB， 4.0 EPNdB better than its direct competitor.

今年4月，E195-E2同日分別獲得巴西民航局、美國聯(lián)邦航空管理局和歐洲航空安全局認(rèn)證三權(quán)威機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的型號認(rèn)證。

In April， the E195-E2 received type certification simultaneously from three major world regulatory authorities – ANAC （the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency）， the FAA （U.S. Federal Aviation Administration） and EASA （European Aviation Safety Agency）.

該機型將于2019年下半年率先在巴西蔚藍(lán)航空投入運營，隨后西班牙大加那利航空也將開始運營該機型。

The airplane will enter service with Brazils Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras S.A. in the second half of 2019. Spanish airline Binter will also receive its E195-E2 later this year.

Jaguar Land Rover is planning to make a new range of electric vehicles in Britain， a rare investment in an auto manufacturing industry that's been slammed by uncertainty over Brexit，by CNN reports.

英國最大的汽車制造商日前表示，其旗艦豪華轎車XJ將是伯明翰附近工廠生產(chǎn)的第一款電動車型。本月將開始對工廠進行“全面”檢修。

The United Kingdom's largest carmaker said recently that its flagship luxury sedan， the XJ， would be the first electric model built at a plant near Birmingham.? Work on an "extensive" overhaul of the factory will begin this month.

代表汽車工人的工會聯(lián)合稱該聲明是“開拓性的”。

Unite， a union that represents auto workers， described this announcement as "trailblazing."

But it also warned that further industry investments depend on Britain leaving the European Union with a deal that protects trade.
