School-age children are entitled to read books, go to school and receive compulsory education.Yet for some children, due to physical limitations, they cannot go to school to enjoy the education as other normal kids. To ensure their rights to compulsory education, Pengshui Miao Tujia Autonomous County organized local primary and secondary schools to provide these vulnerable kids with home delivery education, and completed their school registration process, thereby"erasing their fears of learning because of physical limitations". With the help of these teachers, more than 400 children who were unable to attend school in Pengshui resumed their studies, and gained confidence and coverage to tackle future obstacles head on.
