Lanyin Fashion Town is located in the dyeing and printing industry cluster area of Keqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone. The total investment is 13.66 billion yuan， with a plan of 12.3 square kilometers， focusing on the development goal of “green high-end， worldleading”， we strive to build a fashion industry town in Hangzhou Bay Economic Zone with green dyeing and printing as the pillar， fashion culture and tourism as the support， and production - city integration as the direction.

At present， the dyeing and printing industry in the town has been upgraded in an all-round way， and the basic supporting facilities have been improved day by day. The town living room planning exhibition hall， dyeing and printing cultural museum and exhibition reception center have opened. The development of industrial tourism and leisure sightseeing has been accelerated. It has been listed in the second batch of special towns in Zhejiang Province in 2017.

Formation of dyeing and printing industry cluster

At the end of 2018， Keqiao dyeing and printing industry cluster upgrading project was successfully completed. It took eight years， and the benefits of in- dustrial clusters gradually emerged. Dyeing and printing enterprises in the whole region have been integrated from 212 to 107， totally divided into three stages， and all of them have been put into operation by the end of 2018. In 2018， the total sales value reached 34.4 billion yuan， an increase of 24.1% year on year. The annual dyeing and printing of various kinds of cloth reached more than 16 billion meters， accounting for more than 30% of the national production capacity.

Complete basic matching

Water supply： The first phase of the new Binhai No. 2 Waterworks is 100，000 tons per day， with the maximum water supply of 450，000 tons per day.

Power Supply： New 110 KV Jinjiang Substation， Xingbin Substation and 220 KV Binbei Substation are put into operation. The maximum load of power supply reaches 200，000 KW.

Heating： The newly built Zhengneng Binhai Thermal Power Plant and Longde Environmental Protection Thermal Power Plant have a total heating capacity of 2，900 tons per hour.

Gas supply： Kunlun Gas Company has a gas supply capacity of 1 billion cubic meters per year.

Sewage Discharge： A new 400，000 tons/day sewage centralized pretreatment project and a sewage advanced treatment project in Qiantang River block have been put into operation， and the sewage treatment capacity has reached 1.1 million tons/day.

Transportation： The road network has been constructed in all directions， and has formed the “three - vertical and seven- horizontal” traffic arterial network of Xingbin Road， Kehai Line， Qianbin Line and other lines.

Significant effect of ecological control

Through four ways of equipment renewal， process innovation， green development and performance improvement， all waste gases from stereotyping machines are collected and disposed， realtime monitoring is carried out， sewage treatment biochemical pool is covered and odor collection and treatment system is installed， sewage centralized pretreatment and sludge unified and standardized disposal are carried out. Through dyeing and printing agglomeration upgrading， we can reduce wastewater discharge by about 1/3， save land resources by more than 1/3， comprehensively complete energy saving and emission reduction tasks issued by superiors， and significantly improve the air and water environment quality.

Comprehensive development of industrial tourism

Relying on the natural eco-scenery of Qiantang River and Caoe River， we will strive to build 3A-level scenic spot which integrates tidal bore sightseeing， water recreation， dyeing and printing culture and industrial experience tourism. Caoe River Sluice Water Conservancy Scenic Spot， 300 mu Central Park， the Cherry Blossom Walk along the River and other landscapes， Jiangbin Water Treatment Companys first youth environmental protection education base in the province and Zheneng Binhai Thermal Power Plant to build “Dream Power Plant” for primary and secondary school students education practice base has been fully built and opened， striving to become a green ecological demonstration park which is leading industrial transformation， inheriting dyeing and printing culture， creating livable and suitable industry for dyeing and printing industry.
