摘要 [目的]研究常規(guī)加工與分切加工對成品片煙質(zhì)量的影響,為打葉復(fù)烤精細(xì)化加工提供參考。[方法]以福建省三明市“翠碧一號”烤煙品種C2F、C3F和C4F 煙葉為試驗(yàn)載體,研究了常規(guī)加工與摻配葉尖加工對成品片煙質(zhì)量均勻性指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、常規(guī)化學(xué)成分以及感官質(zhì)量的影響。[結(jié)果]分切加工提高了出片率和產(chǎn)品得率;分切加工使煙堿值趨于適中,糖堿比和鉀氯比更加協(xié)調(diào);分切加工后,香氣量有所提升,煙氣的細(xì)膩程度有所提升,余味和甜度有所增加,勁頭趨于平和,感官質(zhì)量略有提升。[結(jié)論]分切加工提高了中部上等煙比例,煙葉的配伍性和可用性有所提高,煙葉的綜合使用價(jià)值有所提高。

Abstract [Objective]To investigate the effects of conventional processing and cutting processing on the quality of threshed strips, and provide reference for the refining process of? threshing and redrying technology.[Method] Using C2F ,C3F and C4F leaves of ‘Cuibi No. 1 in Sanming City of Fujian Province as experimental carriers, the effects of conventional processing and cutting processing on quality homogeneity, economic indices, conventional chemical components and sensory quality of threshed strips were studied. [Result]Cutting processing improved the ratio of strips and product yield; the nicotine value tended to be moderate, sugarnicotine ratio? and potassiumchlorine ratio were more harmonious. After cutting processing, the quantity of aroma improved, and the fineness of smoke improved, and the aftertaste and sweetness increased, and the vigor was calmed, the sensory quality was slightly improved. [Conclusion]The cutting processing improved the proportion of finequality tobacco, the compatibility and availability of tobacco leaves and the comprehensive utilization value of tobacco leaves.
