劉秋月：奔跑的山茶花

3月31日的南濱路，重慶國際馬拉松吸引了無數跑者，重慶航空山茶花乘務組的乘務員劉秋月便是其中之一。比賽結束，她成功完成了自己的目標——跑完21公里的半程賽。

站在終點線外的劉秋月，彎下了腰，雙手護住膝蓋，大汗淋漓，一邊喘著粗氣，一邊費力喊著“爽，終于跑完了”！這種“痛并快樂著”的狀態，將她昂揚向上、不輕言放棄的性格，呈現得淋漓盡致。

Chongqing International Marathon which started from the Nanbin Road on March 31, attracted numerous runners. Liu Qiuyue, a flight attendant of Chongqing Airlines Camellia Crew, was one of them. After the race, she succeeded in accomplishing her goal- finish the 21km half marathon.

Standing outside the finishing line, Liu Qiuyue bent down and put her hands on her knees, sweating profusely and gasping heavily. But she didn’t forget to shout out, “It’s awesome and I finally did it!”Exhausted, she felt the aching pain in her legs but enjoyed the happiness of conquering herself in her heart. At that time, what we saw was a high-spirited and persistent girl who never gave up easily.

決不放棄的奔跑者 A Runner Who Never Gives Up Easily

溫柔體貼是大多數人對于空乘人員的固有印象，但真正走進山茶花精英乘務組，你會發現，在空乘們柔美的背后，藏著一股“不達目的決不罷休”的韌性與剛強。

這種韌性與剛強，在這一次馬拉松就能窺見端倪。人數不多的山茶花精英乘務組就有十多人報名，其中兩人成功中簽，除了跑完半程賽的劉秋月，采霞更是順利跑完了全程賽。

提到運動，就能觸及劉秋月的興奮點，這或許與她從小喜歡運動不無關系。在校期間，她便是校籃球隊隊員，網球、瑜伽也都能露上兩手。平時，劉秋月喜歡在健身房跑步機上，一邊跑步一邊聽音樂，享受難得的放松時刻。

這次馬拉松，同事們激情高漲，很多人報名，二十多人成功中簽。為了備賽，報名成功的同事們三五成群相約，有時是趁著午休跑上一段，更多的時候,大家下班后相互鼓勵著跑上幾公里。

盡管平時練得很勤奮，但并非真正的比賽，哪怕只是半馬。所以，跑到七公里左右時，膝蓋向劉秋月發出了強烈抗議，“從沒感覺膝蓋會這么痛?！?/p>

這時候，劉秋月骨子里的韌勁就上來了。她咬牙繼續跑，決心無論如何也要兌現出發前的諾言，“爬也要爬到終點去”。在她奮力的奔跑中，同行者也在無形中給了她莫大的鼓勵——一位五十多歲的中年人，推著坐在輪椅上的老人一直在向前沖。

Most of us are impressed by the flight attendants for their gentleness and considerateness, but if you have a knowledge of the Camellia elite crew of Chongqing Airlines, you will find the toughness and stoutness of “never giving up until the goal is reached” behind their delicate and graceful appearance.

And their toughness and stoutness were exhibited incisively and vividly from the marathon. A dozen people out of the small camellia elite crew signed up for the race and two of them were chosen successfully. In addition to Liu Qiuyue who finished the half marathon,the other person is Caixia, who even finished the whole marathon successfully.

Speaking of sports, Liu Qiuyue became excited.This perhaps has something to do with her fond of sports when she was young. While at school, she was on the school basketball team and also good at tennis and yoga. At ordinary times, Liu Qiuyue likes to run on the treadmill in the fitness room and she will find rare relaxation to listen to music while running.

For this marathon, all her colleagues were very high-spirited. Many of them signed up and more than 20 persons got the qualification. To prepare for the race, the colleagues who were successfully chosen often got together to run some kilometers at noon break or after work. They encouraged each other every day to make preparations for the race.

Although she took practice diligently, it can’t be compared to the real race, even for a half marathon.Liu Qiuyue felt a sharp pain in her knees after running about 7km. “I have never felt such a pain in my knees before, “she said.”

But so resilient Liu Qiuyue is that she bit the bullet to continue to run. She was determined to fulfill her previous promise “I must reach the finishing line even if I have to climb.” During the race, she was also greatly encouraged by many fellow runners and she could never forget the scene that a 50-year-old man was rushing forward by pushing an old man sitting in the wheelchair.

跑馬拉松的韌勁，體現在工作上，就是拼勁。正是憑借著跑馬拉松體現出來的韌勁和拼勁，讓她在工作中堅持到底、決不放棄，成功入選山茶花精英乘務組。

山茶花是服務的能手和多面手，不過即便如此，山茶花也會有遇到難題的時候。

一次，一位客人一登機就向劉秋月要了一杯濃茶，但等到劉秋月泡好茶水端到客人面前時，客人卻睡著了。為防止茶水被意外打翻，劉秋月只得將茶水帶走。巡艙過程中，這位乘客又叫住她，表示需要餐食，然而當餐食拿到面前時，乘客又打起了瞌睡。最終，劉秋月只能在客艙服務停止前，將餐食收回。

可是，距飛機落地還有十五分鐘、所有乘務員按照要求回到座位系上安全帶后，乘客突然再次提出要喝水。這著實讓劉秋月有些為難。按民航規定，此時飛機上不允許提供送水等服務。

一邊是乘客的訴求，一邊是飛行安全嚴格的規定，劉秋月左右為難。

看到這一情況，坐在劉秋月身旁的乘務長指點：“一切服務都必須以安全第一為前提，你好好和乘客溝通一下，在飛機落地后，再進行服務。”于是，劉秋月耐心和這位乘客溝通，飛機一落地，她迅速按照乘客剛上飛機時提出的要求，沖泡了一杯濃茶，并細心地將水溫沖調到了剛剛適口，讓乘客在下飛機前，喝到了茶水。

事后再回想，從乘客開始一再“睡著”的冷淡，到離開時的微笑致謝，劉秋月頓感輕松和欣慰。

Liu Qiuyue's resilience on marathon also reflects on her hard work. It is just because she is persistent and indomitable who does a great job that she was successfully selected as a member of camellia elite crew.

All the attendants in camellia crew are generalist who are good at offering services. But even so, they would also encounter difficulties.

At a time, a passenger asked for a cup of strong tea, but when Liu Qiuyue made the tea and brought to him, the passenger was already asleep. To prevent the tea from being knocked off, Liu Qiuyue had to take the tea away. When she was taking a patrol in the cabin, the passenger again called her to stop and said he wanted the meal. But when the meal was ready for him, he dozed again. Having no other choice, Liu Qiuyue had to take back the meal before the cabin service time was up.

However, just 15 minutes before landing, when all the attendants were required to go back to their own seats and fasten the safety belt, the passenger requested again for a cup of tea. This embarrassed Liu Qiuyue very much. According to the security provisions of civil aircraft, it is not allowed to offer services at that time.

Liu Qiuyue was in dilemma. One was the strict provisions of flight and one was the appeal of the passenger.

Seeing the embarrassment on her face, the chief attendant sitting beside her, gave her advice,“All the services must be offered under security.Safety always comes first. You’d better have a good communicate with the passenger and tell him that you will serve him after the the aircraft is landed.” So, Liu Qiuyue explained to the passenger patiently and soon made a cup of tea with the moderate temperature to the passenger after the aircraft was landed and before the passenger took off the plane.

After the event, she felt relaxed and delighted when she recalled the smiles of acknowledgement on the passenger’s face.
