Families can be made up of all kinds of different people.That's the big idea behind the recently-released movie，Finding Dory.Finding Dory is the sequel（續集）to the very popular movie Finding Nemo，which came out 13 years ago.Both are “animated” movies.

In Finding Dory， a forgetful blue fish named Dory becomes lost，and must be reunited with special people in her life.Likeable Dory has short-term memory loss，which means that she can remember things that happened a long time ago，but can't remember things that just happened.It's a condition that causes trouble when she becomes lost，because she has trouble remembering directions like “turn left and then right”.Fortunately， she has lots of good friends，like a little fish named Nemo， and his father，Marlin，to help her find her way.

Growing up means that you can do more，learn more，and start to make your mark on the world.In order for that to happen，your body produces chemicals called hormones （荷爾蒙）that help both body and mind grow.Hormone levels change constantly，rising and falling.But it's partly to blame for intense emotions，surprising reactions，and mood swings.

Because of the way your brain develops，it is somewhat ruled by emotions now and through your teen years.As a result，growing up can seem like an emotional roller coaster！

Take care of yourself.If you eat right，sleep enough，and get good exercise，your brain will be much more able to deal with the stress.

Practice relaxing yourbody and deep breathing when you wake up and when you go to bed._Plus，when stuff happens during the day，you'll be able to calm yourself quickly with a deep breath or two before you react.Your body is changing.
