1月4日，位于重慶兩江新區(qū)水土高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園生態(tài)城的中以（重慶兩江）產(chǎn)業(yè)園正式開園。11個(gè)以色列項(xiàng)目集中簽約成為首批入駐企業(yè)，19個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)大健康產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目落戶中關(guān)村醫(yī)學(xué)工程轉(zhuǎn)化（重慶）中心。該產(chǎn)業(yè)園由兩江新區(qū)管委會(huì)、中關(guān)村醫(yī)學(xué)工程轉(zhuǎn)化（重慶）中心、以色列國(guó)家平臺(tái)公司三方共同建設(shè)。產(chǎn)業(yè)園以醫(yī)療板塊為核心，同時(shí)引入以色列人工智能、新材料、新能源、通訊系統(tǒng)等高端技術(shù)項(xiàng)目。

2019年重慶將再添兩大開放平臺(tái)

1月24日，重慶海關(guān)消息，今年重慶將再添兩大開放平臺(tái)：涪陵綜合保稅區(qū)和果園保稅物流中心將于年內(nèi)建成并封關(guān)運(yùn)作。涪陵綜合保稅區(qū)和果園保稅物流中心都于2018年第四季度獲批建設(shè)。其中，涪陵綜合保稅區(qū)位于涪陵新城區(qū)西南片區(qū)，規(guī)劃面積2.7平方公里。重慶果園保稅物流中心屬于B型保稅物流中心，位于兩江新區(qū)魚復(fù)園區(qū)，批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)面積0.2平方公里。

騰訊與兩江新區(qū)將在工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智慧+等領(lǐng)域開展合作

1月24日，兩江新區(qū)與騰訊在深圳簽署合作備忘錄，將在數(shù)字內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智慧+等領(lǐng)域展開深度合作。其中，位于禮嘉的智慧生活體驗(yàn)園項(xiàng)目，騰訊將結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)智能化產(chǎn)品，全面打造以科技生活為主題的體驗(yàn)園區(qū)；而在浙江烏鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)院，也將落地重慶。此外，雙方將共建“智慧兩江”，搭建兩江新區(qū)的智慧移動(dòng)警務(wù)、智慧醫(yī)療健康平臺(tái)、智慧教育平臺(tái)、“指尖政務(wù)”服務(wù)平臺(tái)等。

重慶大學(xué)牽頭試驗(yàn)的棉花種子在月球上發(fā)芽

1月15日，重慶大學(xué)宣布，由該校牽頭承擔(dān)、隨嫦娥四號(hào)登陸月球背面的生物科普試驗(yàn)載荷，于1月5日在月球上生長(zhǎng)出第一株植物嫩芽。這是人類首次在月球成功進(jìn)行生物生長(zhǎng)試驗(yàn)，可為人類今后建立月球基地提供研究基礎(chǔ)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有重大意義。

陸軍軍醫(yī)大學(xué)第五批赴埃塞俄比亞軍醫(yī)專家組出征

1月14日，陸軍軍醫(yī)大學(xué)第五批援埃塞俄比亞軍醫(yī)專家組正式出征。這是陸軍軍醫(yī)大學(xué)專項(xiàng)承擔(dān)的第五次埃塞俄比亞醫(yī)療援助工作。軍醫(yī)專家組以新橋醫(yī)院為主體組建，前往埃塞俄比亞首都亞的斯亞貝巴，將在埃塞俄比亞國(guó)防軍總醫(yī)院開展為期1年的幫帶工作，以提升當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)療衛(wèi)生水平。

西部農(nóng)交會(huì)成“一帶一路”重要農(nóng)業(yè)合作展示平臺(tái)

1月11日至14日，第十八屆中國(guó)西部（重慶）國(guó)際農(nóng)產(chǎn)品交易會(huì)舉行，吸引了境內(nèi)外2300余家企業(yè)攜6800余種農(nóng)產(chǎn)品參展。設(shè)置有“一帶一路”展區(qū)、區(qū)域合作展區(qū)、重慶山地特色高效農(nóng)業(yè)展區(qū)等6個(gè)主題展區(qū)。其中，“一帶一路”展區(qū)有越南、韓國(guó)、日本等16個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的70多家企業(yè)參展，帶來展銷產(chǎn)品500多種。西部農(nóng)交會(huì)正在成為“一帶一路”沿線各地加強(qiáng)合作、共促發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要載體。

重慶——緬甸曼德勒直飛航線開通

1月11日，重慶——緬甸曼德勒直達(dá)航線正式開通。這也是2019年重慶江北國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)開通的首條國(guó)際航線。截至目前，重慶江北國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)開通的國(guó)際航線達(dá)到83條，其中直飛航線74條，通航城市62個(gè)，通航國(guó)家27個(gè)。

德國(guó)STS電動(dòng)物流車生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目落戶重慶

1月10日，在永川區(qū)舉行的2019年一季度招商引資項(xiàng)目集中簽約儀式上，由中交科創(chuàng)科技有限公司與德國(guó)Streetscooter公司合資建設(shè)的智能制造新能源汽車項(xiàng)目正式簽約落戶永川，這也是德國(guó)STS電動(dòng)物流車落戶我國(guó)的首個(gè)整車生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目總投資約38.4億元，分為STS電動(dòng)物流車和e.GO電動(dòng)乘用車兩期。

重慶國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心揭牌運(yùn)營(yíng)

1月10日，國(guó)際先進(jìn)醫(yī)療技術(shù)創(chuàng)新峰會(huì)暨重慶國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心舉行揭牌儀式，重慶國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心正式啟動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)。同時(shí)，重慶國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心與全球排名第二的美國(guó)克里夫蘭醫(yī)院創(chuàng)新中心簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，推進(jìn)國(guó)際先進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目建設(shè)。目前，重慶國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心已儲(chǔ)備了100多個(gè)國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)療創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目，預(yù)計(jì)未來3個(gè)月內(nèi)將完成首批10個(gè)項(xiàng)目的簽約入駐。

重慶口岸出入境流量5年增長(zhǎng)200%

1月9日，重慶出入境邊防檢查總站消息，過去5年，重慶口岸出入境流量增長(zhǎng)200%。其中，出入境航班2.2萬(wàn)余架次，同比增加17.21%；從人員類別看，2018年境外人士同比增長(zhǎng)17.25%，內(nèi)地居民出入境人次同比增長(zhǎng)13.38%。境外人士出入境增幅首次超過內(nèi)地居民。2013年重慶口岸出入境流量首次突破100萬(wàn)人次，而到2018年12月突破300萬(wàn)大關(guān)，5年時(shí)間增長(zhǎng)率達(dá)到200%。

第17屆香港國(guó)際授權(quán)展重慶非遺受追捧

1月7日至9日，第17屆香港國(guó)際授權(quán)展舉行，吸引了來自14個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的400余家企業(yè)參展，匯聚逾1000個(gè)品牌及授權(quán)項(xiàng)目。重慶首次組團(tuán)參加該展覽，梁平竹簾和木版年畫、榮昌夏布和安陶、大足石雕等5個(gè)國(guó)家和市級(jí)非遺項(xiàng)目驚艷亮相，受到多方青睞。

重慶首票跨境電商零售出口商品順利通關(guān)

1月8日，重慶海關(guān)消息，731票家用電器、裝飾品等商品，通過跨境電商出口統(tǒng)一版系統(tǒng)申報(bào)出口，經(jīng)重慶海關(guān)所屬渝州海關(guān)放行后，1月8日凌晨已從霍爾果斯口岸出境，發(fā)往匈牙利。這標(biāo)志著重慶跨境電商零售出口業(yè)務(wù)正式開通，重慶海關(guān)跨境電商直購(gòu)進(jìn)口和零售出口業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)全覆蓋。

China-Israel (Chongqing Liangjiang New Area) Industrial Park Opened

On January 4th, the China-Israel (Chongqing Liangjiang New Area) Industrial Park, located in the Eco-city of the Shuitu Hightech Industrial Park in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, officially opened. Eleven Israeli projects were jointly contracted to become the first batch of enterprises to settle in, and 19 domestic large health industry projects were settled in the Zhongguancun Medical Engineering&Transformation Platform(Chongqing). The industrial park was jointly built by the Management Committee of Liangjiang New Area , the Zhongguancun Medical Engineering&Transformation Platform(Chongqing) , and the Israel National Platform Company. Centered on the medical sector, the industrial park introduces high-end technology projects such as Israeli artificial intelligence, new materials, new energy, and communication systems.

Chongqing Will Introduce Another Two Open Platforms in 2019

On January 24, according to Chongqing Customs,Chongqing will add another two open platforms this year: Fuling Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Guoyuan Bonded Logistics Center will be completed and be put into operation within this year. The Fuling Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the Guoyuan Bonded Logistics Center were approved for construction in the fourth quarter in 2018. The former is located in the southwest area of Fuling New Town, with a planned area of 2.7 square kilometers; while the latter is a B-type bonded logistics center,located in Yufu Park of Liangjiang New Area, with an approved construction area of 0.2 square kilometers.

Tencent and Liangjiang New Area Will Cooperate in the Fields of Industrial Internet, Wisdom Plus, etc.

On January 24, Liangjiang New Area and Tencent signed a memorandum of cooperation in Shenzhen, which marked in-depth cooperation in the fields of digital content industry,industrial internet and wisdom plus. For the Smart Life Experience Park project located in Lijia, Tencent will combine the big data intelligent products to build a comprehensive experience park with the theme of science and technology life; and the Internet hospital with good momentum in Wuzhen, Zhejiang will also find its way in Chongqing. In addition, the two sides will jointly build a "Smart Liangjiang New Area" featuring smart mobile policing,smart medical health platform, smart education platform, and“Fingertip Government Administrating” service platform.

The Cotton Seeds of Chongqing University Sprout on the Moon

On January 15th, Chongqing University announced that the first plant shoot germinated on the far side of moon on January 5, which was led by the school and amid the bio-science experimental load carried by Chang’e-4 lander on the far side of the moon. This is the first time that human beings have successfully carried out biological growth tests on the moon, blazing a way for a research foundation and providing experience for human beings to establish a lunar base in the future, which is of utmost significance.

The Fifth Brigade of Experts from Army Medical University Went to Aid Ethiopia

On January 14, the fifth batch of military medical experts from the Army Medical University officially went to aid Ethiopia. This is the fifth Ethiopian medical assistance work undertaken by the Army Medical University. The military medical expert group, based in Xinqiao Hospital, will travel to the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa to carry out a one-year aid at the Ethiopian National Defense General Hospital to improve local health care.

Western Agricultural Trade Fair Becomes an Important “The Belt and Road”Agricultural Cooperation Display Platform

From January 11th to 14th, the 18th Western China (Chongqing) International Agricultural Products Fair was held, attracting more than 2,300 domestic and foreign enterprises to bring more than 6,800 kinds of agricultural products to participate.There are 6 theme exhibition areas including“The Belt and Road” Exhibition Area, Regional Cooperation Exhibition Area and Chongqing Mountain Characteristic High-efficiency Agricultural Exhibition Area. Chongqing-Myanmar Mandalay Direct Flight Route Opened

On January 11, the Chongqing-Mandalay direct route was officially opened. This is also the first international route opened by Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport in 2019. Up to now, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport has opened 83 international routes, including 74 direct flights, 62 navigation cities and 27 navigational countries.

Germany STS Electric Logistics Vehicle Production Project Settled in Chongqing

On January 10, at the signing ceremony of the investment promotion project in the first quarter of 2019 held in Yongchuan District, the intelligent manufacturing new energy automobile project jointly established by China Communications Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and the German Streetscooter Company was officially signed and settled in Yongchuan, which also marked the first complete vehicle production project of Germany STS electric logistics vehicle in China. The total investment of the project amounts to 3.84 billion yuan, divided into two phases: STS electric logistics vehicle and e.GO electric passenger vehicle.

Chongqing International Medical Innovation Center Put into Operation

On January 10th, the International Advanced Medical Technology Innovation Summit and Chongqing International Medical Innovation Center held an opening ceremony, and the Chongqing International Medical Innovation Center officially launched its operation. Chongqing Port Traffic Volume lncreased by 200% in 5 years

On January 9, Chongqing General Station of Exit-Entry Border Inspection reported that in the past five years, the port traffic of Chongqing Port has risen by 200%. In all,there were more than 22,000 inbound and outbound flights,a year-on-year increase of 17.21%. In terms of personnel categories, the number of foreigners increased by 17.25%in 2018, and the number of inbound and outbound mainland residents increased by 13.38%. For the first time, the increase in the number of foreigners entering and leaving the country exceeded that of mainland residents. In 2013, the entry and exit flow of Chongqing Port exceeded 1 million for the first time, and by December 2018, the figure exceeded 3 million.The growth rate reached 200% within the past 5 years.

Chongqing lntangible Heritage Products, the Spotlight at the 17th Hong Kong lnternational Licensing Exhibition

Chongqing's Frst Batch of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Export Goods were Smoothly Cleared

According to the Chongqing Customs, on January 8,731 items for household appliances, decorations and other commodities, having been declared exports through the cross-border e-commerce export unified version of the system, were bound for Hungary after the clearance of Yuzhou Customs(of the Chongqing Customs) in the early morning of January 8th from Horgos port. This marks the official opening of Chongqing's cross-border e-commerce retail export business, and a full coverage of Chongqing Customs' crossborder e-commerce direct purchase import and retail export business.
