摘 要:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)得到了快速發(fā)展,機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)被多個(gè)領(lǐng)域所應(yīng)用,其是綜合型技術(shù),在我國(guó)工業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)方面占據(jù)主導(dǎo)位置,把機(jī)械與電子等多項(xiàng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行有效結(jié)合,在智能制造方面產(chǎn)生著比較大的作用,一方面能夠提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,另一方面也能夠提高產(chǎn)品效率。基于此,本文簡(jiǎn)述了機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,提出了智能制造中機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用策略。

Application of Mechatronics Technology in Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract:With the continuous progress and development of China’s society,science and technology have been rapidly developed,mechatronics technology has been applied in many fields,which is a comprehensive technology,occupies a leading position in China’s industrial and economic aspects,and effectively combines mechanical and electronic technologies,resulting in intelligent manufacturing. On the one hand,it can improve the quality of products,and on the other hand,it can improve product efficiency. Based on this,this paper briefly describes the development of mechatronics technology,and puts forward the application strategy of mechatronics technology in intelligent manufacturing.

0 引 言
因?yàn)闄C(jī)械需要的物力與人力等都比較多,通過(guò)把機(jī)械技術(shù)和電子技術(shù)進(jìn)行有效結(jié)合形成機(jī)電一體化技術(shù),可對(duì)機(jī)械展開(kāi)智能管理。這種人性化管理辦法,用電腦對(duì)人腦的具體想法進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而有效控制機(jī)械生產(chǎn)的全部過(guò)程,降低了事故出現(xiàn)的概率。除此之外,機(jī)電技術(shù)還對(duì)智能生產(chǎn)制造方面有著十分重要的作用,為我國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
1 簡(jiǎn)述機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)的發(fā)展
上個(gè)世紀(jì)的中期,機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)便已得到發(fā)展,最開(kāi)始人們把此技術(shù)劃分成兩方面,一方面是機(jī)械技術(shù),另一方面是電子技術(shù)。在最開(kāi)始發(fā)展的時(shí)候,機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)的電子技術(shù)被廣泛的應(yīng)用在機(jī)械工業(yè)中,有效提升了機(jī)械生產(chǎn)的效率。但此技術(shù)把電子和機(jī)械進(jìn)行的融合,并沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)理想成效,不僅有使用范圍上的約束,生產(chǎn)的規(guī)模也比較小,沒(méi)能促進(jìn)此技術(shù)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展?!?br>
