摘 要:隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”技術(shù)越來越發(fā)達(dá),將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)進(jìn)行深度融合,促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,提供專業(yè)化服務(wù),已成為一種新的發(fā)展趨勢。本文從核電建造焊接信息共享、技術(shù)服務(wù)與技術(shù)眾創(chuàng)需求出發(fā),構(gòu)建了核電焊接技術(shù)支持服務(wù)平臺,并對平臺的構(gòu)建機(jī)理、業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)和功能效用等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,分析了平臺數(shù)據(jù)整合、技術(shù)支撐和管理協(xié)同等運(yùn)行機(jī)制,以期推動大數(shù)據(jù)背景下核電領(lǐng)域的資源共享、技術(shù)服務(wù)及創(chuàng)客空間等創(chuàng)新型應(yīng)用平臺建設(shè)。

Abstract:With the continuous development of information technology,“Internet plus” technology is becoming more and more developed. It has become a new trend to integrate the internet with traditional industries,promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,and provide professional services. Starting from the requirements of welding information sharing,technical service and technology creation for nuclear power construction,this paper constructs a nuclear power welding technology support service platform,and elaborates on the construction mechanism,business structure and function utility of the platform. The operation mechanism of platform data integration,technology support and management collaboration are analyzed in order to promote the construction of innovative application platforms such as resource sharing,technology service and customer space in nuclear power field under the background of large data.

0 引 言
自21世紀(jì)初,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)開始加速發(fā)展,各種創(chuàng)新型應(yīng)用和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新概念不斷出現(xiàn),利用信息通信技術(shù)及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)進(jìn)行深度融合,創(chuàng)造新的發(fā)展生態(tài),已代表一種新的知識、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新社會形態(tài)[1,2]。知識創(chuàng)新推動下的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)形態(tài),可充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在社會資源、不同行業(yè)技術(shù)配置中的優(yōu)化和集成作用,將個人的知識、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換為實(shí)際收益,實(shí)現(xiàn)主要以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為平臺基礎(chǔ),滿足信息、資源、科技成果和企業(yè)技術(shù)全面對接的要求。
為解決現(xiàn)有核電建造現(xiàn)場共享技術(shù)稀缺、資源采購困難、技術(shù)研發(fā)孤立及焊接人才流失等問題,本文以核電焊接技術(shù)為應(yīng)用試點(diǎn),搭建了核電焊接技術(shù)支持服務(wù)平臺-焊客e家技術(shù)眾創(chuàng)平臺(以下簡稱“焊客e家”),實(shí)現(xiàn)了核電焊接技術(shù)、人才與經(jīng)驗(yàn)的互聯(lián)互通,建立起供給方和需求方的快速對接渠道,有效進(jìn)行資源共享、技術(shù)對接的線上和線下支持,進(jìn)而提高公司核電市場競爭力,創(chuàng)造優(yōu)質(zhì)核電焊接工程。……
