摘 要:利用超聲法對溫度場進行檢測是一種新型的傳感測溫方法,在對溫度場進行檢測時選擇一種適合的超聲重建算法非常重要。筆者對截斷奇異值分解法、Tikhonov正則化法、代數重建法和聯合迭代重建算法等四種重建算法進行比較發現:在重建質量方面,在低噪聲的情況下,截斷奇異值分解法和Tikhonov正則化法重建質量都是最佳的;在噪聲較大的情況下,聯合迭代重建算法的結果最為理想;在運算速度方面,Tikhonov正則化法的速度最快。總體來講,截斷奇異值分解法與Tikhonov正則化法優于代數重建法。在實際應用中,針對不同的情況應該選擇不同的重建算法。

Comparative Research on the Reconstruction Algorithms for Acoustic Tomography
of Temperature Field

Abstract:Using ultrasound to detect temperature field is a new kind of temperature sensing method. It is very important to select a suitable ultrasound reconstruction algorithm when detecting temperature field. The author compares four reconstruction algorithms:truncated singular value decomposition,Tikhonov regularization,algebraic reconstruction and joint iterative reconstruction. It is found that in terms of reconstruction quality,truncated singular value decomposition and Tikhonov regularization have the best reconstruction quality in the case of low noise;in the case of large noise,the reconstruction quality of truncated singular value decomposition and Tikhonov regularization is the best. The results of the joint iterative reconstruction algorithm are the best,and the Tikhonov regularization method is the fastest in the speed of operation. In general,truncated singular value decomposition method and Tikhonov regularization method are better than algebraic reconstruction methods. In practical applications,different reconstruction algorithms should be chosen for different situations.

0 引 言
溫度場檢測在鍋爐燃燒過程中具有重要的意義,準確及時地測量煙氣溫度和火焰分布對鍋爐內燃料的完全燃燒、防止火焰直接沖刷水冷壁、控制污染氣體的生成等監視鍋爐安全、經濟運行起到了至關重要的作用[1]。以往各種類型的輻射高溫計或熱成像技術只能局部反映溫度場的溫度,不能全面、精準地確定燃燒室或煙道內準確的溫度場。超聲波測溫是近四十年發展起來的一種新型的測溫技術,其理論基礎是超聲波在不同介質中的傳播速度與介質溫度有確定的函數關系。120年以前,著名的聲學專家Mayer發現了聲速與介質溫度的平方根成正比關系,這一發現成為后來學者們研究聲學法確定溫度場的理論基礎。……
