基于Android的隆中智慧黨建APP設(shè)計

摘 要：利用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”思維，打造“智慧黨建”，設(shè)計并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一款基于Android手機(jī)的隆中智慧黨建APP。該款A(yù)PP集信息管理、視頻學(xué)習(xí)、互動討論、知識答疑、黨費(fèi)繳納、作風(fēng)宣傳、黨建動態(tài)推廣等平臺于一體，功能完備，用戶權(quán)限分配合理，基本滿足新形勢下，以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為媒介，從簡單的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化走向全面發(fā)展的智慧化高校黨支部工作的需求。

Design of Longzhong Intelligent Party Building APP Based on Android

Abstract：Using “Internet plus” thinking to create “intelligent Party building”，we designed and implemented a APP based on Android mobile phone. This APP integrates information management，video learning，interactive discussion，knowledge answering，Party fee payment，style propaganda，Party building dynamic promotion and other platforms. It has complete functions and reasonable user rights distribution. It basically meets the needs of the work of the Party branch in colleges and universities under the new situation，with the network as the medium，from simple network to all-round development.

0 引 言

十九大召開以來，智慧黨建平臺如雨后春筍般不斷涌現(xiàn)。“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+黨建”的主旋律就是以改革創(chuàng)新精神加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)，全面落實(shí)從嚴(yán)治黨要求的重要支撐和基礎(chǔ)保障，促進(jìn)黨員教育管理服務(wù)邁向信息化、智能化、精準(zhǔn)化、高效化[1]。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)運(yùn)用到黨務(wù)工作中已成為時代發(fā)展的必然趨勢，APP作為移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的產(chǎn)物，憑借著其成本低、便捷以及前所未有的互動體驗(yàn)等優(yōu)勢，占據(jù)著大量的用戶比重，具有超強(qiáng)的用戶黏性，為新時期黨建工作提供了很好的平臺。因此，關(guān)于黨內(nèi)建設(shè)的APP應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。

隆中智慧黨建APP（簡稱智慧黨建）基于C/S模式，Android作為客戶端開發(fā)語言，集信息管理、視頻學(xué)習(xí)、互動討論、知識答疑、黨費(fèi)繳納、作風(fēng)宣傳、黨建動態(tài)推廣等平臺于一體，功能完備，用戶權(quán)限分配合理，基本滿足現(xiàn)階段高校黨支部工作的需求。

習(xí)近平總書記在黨建新戰(zhàn)略上提出，要把抓好黨建工作作為最大政績，這說明黨內(nèi)建設(shè)在黨和國家中占據(jù)著重要地位。……
