基于APP的智能醫(yī)療服務平臺的設計與實現(xiàn)

摘 要：移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展，為我們打破了傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)療就診模式。研究人員根據(jù)醫(yī)院實際情況，設計出移動端的智能醫(yī)療平臺，通過此平臺患者在就醫(yī)過程中可以通過手機進行掛號、繳費、導診、查看報告單等，此平臺優(yōu)化了就醫(yī)流程，縮短了就醫(yī)時間，帶來了全新的用戶體驗。同時各類報表為決策管理部門提出準確、及時、科學的決策分析處理信息提供了可靠的依據(jù)，提高了各部門管理人員的管理水平與辦公效率，減輕了其工作負擔。

Abstract：The development of mobile internet has broken the traditional medical treatment mode for us. The researchers according to the actual situation of the hospital，designed a mobile intelligent medical terminal platform，through this platform to patients in the course of medical treatment by mobile phone registration，payment，check and guidance report，this platform to optimize the medical treatment process，shorten the treatment time，bring a new user experience. At the same time all kinds of statements for the proposed decision management accurately and timely and scientific decision-making information to provide a reliable basis to improve the management level of management personnel of various departments and office efficiency，reduce the burden of work.

0 引 言

近年來隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速崛起和移動終端的高速發(fā)展，醫(yī)療與移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的結合成為一種新的趨勢，移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)了醫(yī)療領域數(shù)據(jù)的互聯(lián)互通、開放共享，突破了傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)療在數(shù)據(jù)、知識、醫(yī)患等方面的束縛，給醫(yī)療行業(yè)帶來了全新的發(fā)展。

為落實國家衛(wèi)生計生委《進一步改善醫(yī)療服務行動計劃重點工作方案》，推進預約診療服務，有效分流就診患者，發(fā)揮信息技術優(yōu)勢，改善患者就醫(yī)體驗，改善住院服務流程，實現(xiàn)住院全程服務。本文開發(fā)設計了基于APP的智能醫(yī)療服務平臺（以下簡稱移動醫(yī)療APP）。此平臺不僅為患者提供了預約、掛號、繳費、導診、查看病歷等功能，免去了窗口排隊的繁瑣，而且還能夠與醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)（HIS）進行信息的傳遞與交互[1]，給醫(yī)生和病人帶來了極大的方便。從醫(yī)生的角度來講，移動醫(yī)療APP依靠現(xiàn)有的區(qū)域醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)中心以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)居民健康管理平臺，通過獲取實時的數(shù)據(jù)，可以為患者提供更好的醫(yī)療服務；……
