摘 要:為保障電力業務應用需求情況下電力無線專網通信性能,需針對無線專網網絡覆蓋性能進行規劃并優化以滿足電力業務需求。本文依據1800MHz無線專網技術體制為例,針對電力業務特征分析其對無線專網網絡覆蓋性能要求,并依據業務種類、業務實時性、業務帶寬、業務分布及業務周邊建筑環境等因素提出電力無線專網建設規劃建議,并對網絡優化過程涉及的網絡覆蓋調整、無線干擾進行介紹,并提出網絡優化干擾整治方案,為LTE電力無線專網規劃及運維提供指導意見。

Research on Planning and Optimization of Power Wireless Special Network

Abstract:In order to ensure the communication performance of power wireless special network under the demand of power service application,it is necessary to plan and optimize the coverage performance of the wireless special network to meet the demand of the power service. This paper,based on the 1800MHz wireless special network technology system,analyzes its performance requirements for the wireless special network according to the characteristics of the power service,and puts forward the proposals for the construction of the power wireless special network based on the types of business,the real-time performance,the service bandwidth,the service distribution and the surrounding building environment,and the network optimization. The network coverage adjustment and wireless interference are introduced,and the network optimization interference regulation scheme is proposed to provide suggestions for the planning and operation of the LTE power wireless special network.

0 引 言
無線通信作為電力終端通信接入網的重要技術之一,無線公網及230MHz數傳電臺已在電力營銷、運檢等業務系統中得到了大規模應用。目前,很多省市公司已經開展了3/4G電力專網試點應用,如3G(WiMAX,McWILL)及4G TD-LTE等。業務應用領域包括傳統配用電業務及新型智能電網業務等。無線通信在電力應用取得一定成果的同時,其存在的一些問題也逐步暴露出來。例如:現有無線網絡規劃依據為覆蓋邊緣速率-128kbit,該目標對電力全業務接入包含圖像、視頻相關的適配性較差;網絡優化以廣覆蓋為目標,較少考慮對覆蓋區域無線性能優化,同時存在干擾對網絡的性能影響等。
因此需對以覆蓋面積為目標的建網模式進行改變,本文以1800MHz TD-LTE無線專網規劃及優化為例,并提出適配企業接入電力無線專網業務的建站模式。……
