互聯網運維推動傳統運維變革分析

摘 要：伴隨著互聯網的飛速發展和經濟全球化的推動，全球范圍內占重大比例的投資公司紛紛聚焦或投入互聯網技術的使用和研究之中。隨著企業業務的飛速發展，從地域上來說，企業從所在城市到所在省，再到不同省、不同國家最終可能會發展成為一個全球化的跨國公司。為了應對企業業務的不斷擴張，企業傳統IT運維的技術和管理方式已經成為公司發展的一大障礙，優化勢在必行。

Abstract：With the rapid development of the internet and the promotion of economic globalization，a large proportion of investment companies from all over the world have focused on or invested in the use and research of internet technology. With the rapid development of enterprise business，the region from a city to a province，to different provinces，to different countries and even develop into a global enterprise. In order to cope with the continuous expansion of enterprise business，the traditional IT operation and maintenance technology and management has become a major obstacle in the development of the company，optimization and change is imperative.

0 引 言

“互聯網+”和物聯網等技術的發展，勢必會吸引更多投資人的眼球，促使其利用一切高科技產品平臺來推廣業務以達到賺錢的目的。在此背景的驅動下，越來越多的公司企業看好這一塊的前景，紛紛投入該行業的建設和發展中。如：互聯網電商，互聯網廣告，互聯網金融等。互聯網有讓人們省時省力、傳播快速和使交流與交易不受地域限制的特點。面對該技術的挑戰，傳統企業在營銷宣傳上也不甘落后，挖盡腦筋研究如何將此技術應用于公司的業務體系建設當中。

1 國內IT運維管理發展的歷史

縱觀國內IT運維發展史，我們能夠清楚地發現，在企業IT運維早期階段，企業主要關注網絡和IT硬件設備的運維。與發達國家相比，國內的IT運維尚處于發展階段，IT運維管理的發展也并不均衡，一些重點行業如政府，在國家指導性文件的統一規范下，IT運維的發展相對整齊，井井有條；……
