


摘 要:通過對高溫脅迫下獼猴桃種質資源多項生理指標的研究,鑒定耐熱性種質材料。以7個獼猴桃種類的17份種質資源為材料,對其在不同溫度處理條件下CAT活性、POD 活性、SOD 活性、丙二醛含量(MDA)、脯氨酸含量(PRO)、可溶性蛋白含量(protein)、PPO活性和PAL活性等8個生理指標進行測定,以各項指標的耐熱系數作為衡量耐熱性的指標,將8個單項生理指標綜合成為4個相互獨立的綜合指標,并通過主成分分析、隸屬函數分析對17份獼猴桃種質資源進行耐熱性綜合評價,篩選出了華特、米良1號耐熱性種質材料。

Abstract: The physiological indices of germplasm resources of Kiwifruit under different temperature treatments were studied to select the heat-resistance species.The heat resistant coefficient of 8 physiological indices including CAT activity, POD activity, SOD activity, MDA content, PRO content, protein content, PPO activity and PAL activity, of 17 kiwifruit germplasm resources of 7 species were evaluated by principal components analysis and membership function analysis." The results showed that the 8 single indexes could be classified into 4 independent comprehensive components. The heat-resistance of 17 kiwifruit germplasm resources was evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function analysis, 2 heat-resistant kiwifruit accessions named Huate and Miliang No. 1 were screened out." The result provide valuable insights for breeding heat tolerant kiwifruit and for studying the heat-resistance mechanism of kiwifruit .

獼猴桃為獼猴桃科(Actinidiaceae)獼猴桃屬(Actinidia)藤本植物,是20世紀人工馴化栽培野生果樹最有成就的四大果種之一[1]。中國是獼猴桃的起源和分布中心,種質資源極其豐富。全世界現有獼猴桃屬植物66種,約118個分類單位(變種、變型),其中62個種原產我國[2]。據調查,迄今為止我國已培育出100多個獼猴桃優良品種(系)。獼猴桃風味獨特、營養價值高,其中維生素C含量高達100~420 g/100 mg,因而獼猴桃產業在世界各國發展迅速,方興未艾。
獼猴桃屬于不耐高溫的藤本落葉果樹。大多數獼猴桃種質要求溫暖濕潤的氣候,其適宜的年平均氣溫范圍是11.3~16.9℃。隨著“溫室效應”的加劇,全球越來越頻繁地出現高溫極端天氣[3]。我國部分地區,特別是中低海拔地區,7、8 月份的最高溫長期超過40℃,對獼猴桃的生產十分不利。獼猴桃遭受夏季高溫危害的具體表現為枝、葉、莖和果的灼傷,葉片卷縮、變褐,新梢頂端枯萎,植株生長發育延緩或受阻,果實品質變差,貯藏性變差,嚴重時落葉落果,甚至植株死亡,對獼猴桃的生長發育和果實品質、產量產生嚴重影響。……
