Annual highlights on fashion to sparkle in Humen

The 23rd China （Humen） International Fashion Fair & 2018 Humen Fashion Week （hereinafter referred to as the Fair） will be held from November 22nd to 25th， covering a total area of more than 300，000 square meters. The main venue is located in the Humen Convention and Exhibition Center， together with over 20 sub-venues， including the major clothing stores， fabrics and accessories markets， small commodity markets and online business parks in the town.

The Fair this year will be featured by nine special events： Humen Apparel Global Buyers Matchmaking Activities， 2018 Humen Fumin Fashion Garment Exchange Meeting， the 19th “Humen Cup” International Youth Design （Womens Wear） Contest Final， 2018 China Creative Garment Printing Exhibition， Original Designer Product Exhibition， 39th （2019/20 A/W ） Fabrics China Trend Exhibition， Humen Brand Social Responsibility Exhibition Zone， China Textile and Apparel Supply Chain （Humen） Forum， China Kidswear Marketing Development Forum.

Meanwhile， the main venue for the Fashion Week is in the Fashion Show Hall of Humen Convention and Exhibition Center， which will be performed by the models of New Silk Road Company. There are 11 fashion shows， including YISHION， Zimple， Eall.cz， ANOTHER ONE， HANFEISE and so on.

Main highlights of the Fair

Many new companies will make their debut in the Fair. In addition to some frequenters participating in the Fair，a lot of new companies have developed quickly in recent years， such as Aoying Jiyuan， JA， Lai Long， Yihuaxun， etc. The new enterprises account for 40% of the total number of exhibitors.

There are many professional foreign businessmen. Thanks to the European American Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Guangdong Ksourcing Exhition Co.， Ltd.， the global professional clothing buyers will visit the Fair， and meet with the exhibitors. At present， more than 110 foreign merchants have signed up for the Fair， and foreign businessmen have quadrupled over the Fair last year.

There are many innovative companies. Famous designer studios and designer brands from all over the country will hold Original Designer Product Exhibitions. In addition， the companies focusing on various technologies and new creations， such as Guangzhou Mozistar Intelligent Technology Group Co.， Ltd. and New Vision Company， account for 20% of the exhibitors.

The exhibitors and professional visitors come from a wide range of countries and regions at home and abroad. In addition to local high-quality enterprises， there are also companies and brands from Beijing， Shanghai， Guangzhou， Shenzhen， Hubei and other places. The buyers are from dozens of countries and regions around the world， while the professional visitors come from the designer brands or brand enterprises of Jiangsu， Chengdu， Shanghai， Guangzhou and other provinces and cities， as well as the main responsible people from well-known textile and garment industry clusters such as Changshu， Shengze and Shishi.

A number of innovative initiatives have been launched this year. Firstly， the most popular live mar-keting mode will be introduced to the stand， no longer limited to static display，investment joining， and on-site trading. On the one hand， the merchants from the local e-business leader — Daying Clothing E-Business Mall will exhibit live sales， showcasing the new sales model of the wholesale industry today； on the other hand， the perfect combination of the two popular elements of online celebrity and live broadcast， creating online celebrity live sales. Secondly， the use of the most cutting-edge propaganda methods such as Tik Tok to promote the traditional and fashionable industry of Humen clothing. Advocacy keeps pace with the times. On the basis of continuing to use national authoritative industry media， mass media， more than ten domestic provincial TV stations and local mainstream media， the Fair will strengthen promotion through new media and introduce live broadcasts of well-known video media， including Tik Tok.

The Fair becomes more fashionable and is more recognized internationally. The fashion week is well accepted by the local companies. 2018 Humen Fashion Week will focus on the 19th “Humen Cup” International Youth Design （Womens Wear） Contest， combining more than ten international fashion shows to create an international and creative fashion week so as to further promote the innovation of international cooperation. Among them， this year， “Humen Cup”International Youth Design （Womens Wear） Contest still attracts a large number of new designers from home and abroad. The 30 finalists are selected from 3，236 works from more than ten countries and regions including South Korea， France， Britain， Germany and Italy. The 6th China （Humen） International Kidswear Online Design Competition， which provides a good opportunity for the majority of fashion design enthusiasts to exchange ideas.

The Fashion Week will welcome many wellknown judges and designers. The 19th “Humen Cup”International Youth Design （Womens Wear） Contest Final will invite a number of industry leaders as the judges， including Li Dangqi， Former Chairman of China Fashion Association， Professor and Doctoral Tutor of Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University， and some winners of “Jinding Award” which is the highest honor of Chinese fashion designers， such as Ji Wenbo， and Wu Xuekai. The fashion show will once again invite the top model from New Silk Road Company. At the same time， there will be a lot of online celebrities for live show.

The streets are decorated with distinctive colors， including green for environmental protection， black and purple symbolizing fashion， silvery white with scientific and technological sense， and jubilant red. Plus the unique light and shadow created by dynamic lighting， the theme “Technology， Fashion， Sustainability”of the Fair is perfectly highlighted.
