【Abstract】Higher education should innovate the mode of personnel training, scientific research, social service, cultural inheritance and management, and improve the quality of personnel training and the level of running a school. Therefore, in the context of the rapid development of information technology, the requirement of building a new education and teaching system and the task of training a large number of innovative talents are the basic keynote of the reform of education and teaching in Colleges and universities at this stage.

1.the opportunities and challenges brought by “Internet +”

1.1 oportunities. The Internet plus education has become a hot topic in the teaching reform of higher education. “Internet +” not only brings great opportunities to higher education teaching, but also poses great challenges to it. This kind of change mainly revolves around the education management structure and the teaching structure which the information technology and the education teaching fusion depth change, this research mainly revolves around the teaching structure change to launch the elaboration. The current reform of teaching structure should be guided by the concept of “wisdom education”. Its fundamental feature is the change from teaching structure to learning structure.

1.2 challenges. Because of the popularity of the Internet and its hybrid characteristics, students are attracted by surfing on the Internet to distract most of their attention, learning efficiency is greatly reduced. It should be noted that students need strong self-control and self-control to achieve autonomous and personalized learning. Because students only need to rely on the network to study independently, the lack of communication and interaction between students will make the friendship between students, class cohesion gradually faded. In addition, teachers not only shoulder the responsibility of teaching knowledge, but also set up correct values for students and teach students how to behave. Although there are some problems in the new mainstream education mode, it still brings great convenience and autonomy to peoples learning. Therefore, it is undeniable that the Internet + education is the mainstream direction of the current education and teaching development.

2. implementation strategy

2.1 desalt “Internet +” to ensure the quality of higher education teaching. With the help of the “Internet + education” teaching form, it can serve the higher education teaching and serve the students mathematics learning instead of merely pursuing the Internet Teaching Mode in form, so that higher education and teaching can be bound by technology so that the simple problems can be complicated. Therefore, in the “Internet +” environment, the teaching reform of mathematics curriculum in Colleges and universities should take advantage of the vividness and visualization of online courses to weaken the sense of form and pay more attention to the design and presentation of teaching content itself.

2.2 Strengthen teachers leading role properly. Strengthen teachers leading role properly, and enhance teacher-student interaction. In the teaching of knowledge, teachers mostly adopt a step-by-step teaching method to guide students to understand the relationship between different mathematical knowledge. In higher education teaching supported by Internet environment, teachers can push and share teaching resources in real time, and teachers can monitor and analyze students learning situation in real time. This kind of teaching mode based on Internet + can not only achieve hierarchical teaching for students, but also achieve personalized guidance to students. At the same time, it can see students learning problems at any time and achieve effective guidance to students thinking and exploration.

3. Conclusion

Teachers perceptions affect identity, and benefit distribution affects input output. Resources can be multi-dimensional, information disordered, fragmented, but peoples understanding is linear, the information received first will directly affect the selection and reception of information behind. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the leaderships deep understanding of information technology and education reform, and to put forward the assessment standards of university teachers which are suitable for the requirements of education and teaching reform.
