重慶自貿試驗區香港商務代表處揭牌

9月3日，“渝港合作推介會”在香港舉行。市委副書記、市長唐良智率市商務委、市經濟信息委、市金融辦等部門和部分區縣組成的重慶代表團，在香港推介宣傳重慶投資環境，分享投資機遇，深化渝港經貿領域合作。香港特別行政區商務及經濟發展局局長邱騰華出席并致辭，渝港各界人士約300人參加了推介會，共有24個渝港合作重點項目進行了集中簽約，投資總額達621億元人民幣。會上，市委副書記、市長唐良智，香港中聯辦副主任仇鴻，外交部駐港特派員公署副特派員楊義瑞，香港貿發局副總裁周啟良，香港投資推廣署助理署長鄧智良等，共同為中國（重慶）自由貿易試驗區香港商務代表處揭牌。

“南向通道”推介會在越南成功舉辦

8月31日，中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示范項目管理局、重慶市政府物流協調辦公室及越南工貿部進出口局，在越南河內聯合舉辦中新互聯互通項目南向通道專題推介會，并舉行“南向通道”鐵海聯運越南國際貨物集散中心揭牌儀式、“南向通道”中越企業合作項目簽約儀式，以及企業推介和交流等活動。30日，重慶市人民政府與胡志明市人民委員會在越南胡志明市簽署建立友好城市關系備忘錄。

重慶市代表團參加新加坡“慧眼中國環球論壇”

8月28日，應新加坡方面邀請，重慶市代表團赴新參加“慧眼中國環球論壇”2018特別年會。重慶、廣西、貴州、甘肅等西部省區市南向通道建設牽頭部門負責人圍繞“政府推動南向通道建設的經驗分享”主題，中新雙方企業代表圍繞“企業對南向通道的商業展望”主題，新加坡學界圍繞“南向通道對區域聯動與一體化的影響討論”主題分別開展對話交流。重慶與新加坡共簽約11個項目。其中，中新南向通道（重慶）物流發展有限公司與新加坡輝聯集團簽署了合作協議，“中新南向通道新加坡國際貨物集散中心”正式揭牌，標志著南向通道新加坡國際貨物集散基地正式建立。

重慶市文化旅游推介會在紐約舉行

8月30日，重慶市文化旅游推介會在紐約聯合國總部舉行，通過旅游圖片和宣傳片向與會的150多位嘉賓全方位介紹了重慶文化旅游資源，展示了重慶獨特的都市風光、自然風景和民俗風情。重慶市委常委、宣傳部部長張鳴出席并致辭，紐約市長德布拉西奧向推介會發來賀信。會上，重慶市官方對外推廣平臺iChongqing正式上線。重慶市旅游發展委員會與美中友好協會，重慶廣電集團與美國思邁勤傳媒集團分別簽訂了合作協議，以加強在旅游、文化和媒體等領域的合作，把重慶打造成北美民眾了解中國西部的重要窗口。

世界溫泉及氣候養生聯合委員會辦事處落戶重慶

8月24日，世界溫泉及氣候養生聯合委員會（簡稱“世溫聯”）、重慶市旅發委、北碚區人民政府、碧納泉科研實驗室簽訂合作協議，將在重慶設立“世溫聯”亞太地區首個辦事處，組建國際溫泉與氣候養生研究院。根據協議，四方將共同支持組建股份制的重慶國際溫泉與氣候養生研究院有限責任公司，打造“世界溫泉及氣候養生谷項目”等。

國際時尚周將上演“國際范、巴渝風”盛宴

2018中國重慶國際時尚周9月16日至22日將分別在渝中區解放碑、南岸區南濱路彈子石廣場和兩江新區的華僑城·歡樂谷等地舉行。本屆中國重慶國際時尚周跨界融合時尚、文化、創意、智能元素，全方位展示重慶的山水文化軟實力和時尚之都的獨特魅力。以“秀”“展”“會”“賽”等形式，充分體現重慶國際時尚周的“國際范、巴渝風”。主辦方邀請了法國、俄羅斯、韓國、馬來西亞的服裝設計師及品牌開展靜態展示，并組織重慶服裝設計師現場觀摩、互動交流，加強貿易洽談及商務合作。

重慶—柬埔寨西哈努克港航線開通

8月18日凌晨，柬埔寨J C國際航空公司一架空客A320客機降落重慶江北國際機場，標志著重慶至柬埔寨西哈努克港國際航線正式開通。至此，重慶機場國際（地區）航線增至73條。

“渝南黔北”區域旅游發展聯盟成立

8月16日，“渝南黔北”區域旅游發展聯盟在貴州桐梓成立。該聯盟由重慶綦江、南川、萬盛經開區與貴州桐梓政府共同發起成立，合作內容包括項目建設、產業發展、旅游營銷、優惠政策等。該聯盟的成立，將進一步強化渝黔旅游交流與合作，探索構建區域旅游聯動發展大平臺，推動渝南黔北區域旅游發展再上新臺階。同日，聯盟秘書處還發布了“渝南黔北”區域旅游發展聯盟精品線路。

中美高校54名優秀學子來渝調研

8月5日—7日，2018知行中國—中美高校學生領袖學院項目（重慶站）在重慶舉行。來自美國華盛頓大學、康奈爾大學、耶魯大學，以及中國復旦大學、中山大學、重慶大學等多所高校的54名優秀學生，以“經濟轉型與創新創業”“中國城鎮化與扶貧脫貧”“社會政策與可持續發展”等為主題在渝調研，并參觀重慶市規劃展覽館、重慶中國三峽博物館、果園港、寸灘兩路保稅港、豐盛垃圾發電廠、湖廣會館等地，深入了解重慶的政治、經濟、文化。

外籍人才經重慶自貿試驗區推薦領取中國永久居留身份證

8月1日，市公安局出入境管理局消息，當日，在西部航空公司工作的新加坡籍華人陳佩良夫婦二人如愿以償拿到了“中國綠卡”—外國人永久居留身份證。他們是國家移民管理局自今年4月2日掛牌成立以來，首例經重慶自貿試驗區推薦獲得永久居留身份的外國人。該卡在國內可以單獨作為身份證件使用，還可用于參與職稱評定、參加社會保險、作為長期簽證居留等使用。

The lnauguration of Hong Kong Business Representative Off i ce of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone

On September 3, the “Chongqing-Hongkong Cooperation Promotion Conference” was held in Hong Kong. Tang Liangzhi, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and Chongqing mayor, led the Chongqing delegation which contained the officials from the Chongqing Business Commission, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information, the Chongqing Municipal Finance Office and other districts and counties to promote the investment environment in Chongqing, share investment opportunities and deepen cooperation in the economic and trade field between Chongqing and Hong Kong. Mr. Edward Yau, director of the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, attended the conference and delivered a speech. About 300 people from all walks of life in Chongqing and Hong Kong attended the promotion conference and the contract signing ceremony of a total of 24 key projects for cooperation between Chongqing and Hong Kong was held in a centralized manner with a total investment of RMB 62.1 billion yuan. At the conference, Tang Liangzhi,deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and Chongqing mayor, Qiu Hong, deputy director of the Hong Kong Liaison Office, Yang Yirui, deputy commissioner of the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in Hong Kong, Zhou Qiliang, vice president of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Deng Zhiliang, assistant director of the Invest Hong Kong jointly inaugurated the Hong Kong Business Representative Office of the China (Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

The Successful Host of the Promotion Conference of “Southerly Transport Corridor” in Vietnam

On August 31, the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative Administration on Strategic Connectivity, the Chongqing Municipal Government Logistics Council and the Import and Export Bureau of Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade jointly held the special promotion conference for the Southbound Transport Corridor of the China-Singapore Connectivity Project in Hanoi, Vietnam, the opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Cargo Distribution Center of the “Southbound Transport Corridor” which supports the sea-railway combined transportation, the signing ceremony of the China-Vietnam enterprise cooperation projects of the Southerly Transport Corridor,corporate promotion and exchange activities and so on. On August 30, the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government and the People’s Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City signed a memorandum on the establishment of sister city relationships in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Participation of Chongqing Delegation in Singapore’s“FutureChina Global Forum”

On August 28, at the invitation of Singapore, the Chongqing delegation went to Singapore and attended the 2018 Special Annual Meeting of the“FutureChina Global Forum”. Centering on the themes of “the experience sharing of the government prompting the construction of the Southbound Transport Corridor”, “business outlooks of enterprises to the Southbound Transport Corridor” and “the impacts of Southbound Transport Corridor on regional linkage and integration” respectively, the heads of the leading departments focusing on the construction of the Southbound Transport Corridor in such western regions of China as Chongqing, Guangxi, Guizhou,Gansu and etc., the business representatives of China and Singapore and the academic community of Singapore conducted dialogues and exchanges.Chongqing and Singapore signed a total of 11 projects. The Holding of Chongqing Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference in New York

On August 30, Chongqing Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference was held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. More than 150 guests were introduced to Chongqing cultural tourism resources through tourism pictures and advertising videos which showed unique urban scenery, natural scenery and folk customs of Chongqing. Zhang Ming, member of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Committee and director of the Publicity Department, attended the conference and delivered a speech, and De Blasio, Mayor of New York City, sent a congratulatory letter to the promotion conference. In addition, iChongqing as the Chongqing’s official platform for external promotion was officially launched. The Chongqing Tourism Development Committee and the US-China Friendship Association as well as the Chongqing Radio and Television Group and the US Cimagine Media Group respectively signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen cooperation in tourism, culture, media and etc., and to make Chongqing an important window for North Americans to understand Western China.

The Settlement of the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy in Chongqing

On August 24, the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy, Chongqing Tourism Development Commission,Beibei District People’s Government and Benaquam Srl signed a cooperation agreement to establish the first office of the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy in Chongqing of the Asia Pacific region and to form the International Institute of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy. According to the agreement, the four parties will jointly support the establishment of the Chongqing International Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy Research Institute Co., Ltd. to create the projects of the “World Hot Spring and Climate Health Fitness Valley” and etc.

The Launch of a Fashion Feast with “International and Chongqing Style” in 2018 China Chongqing International Fashion Week

The Openness of the Air Line between Chongqing and Sihanoukville in Cambodia

In the early morning of August 18, an Airbus A320 passenger plane of JC International Airlines of Cambodia landed at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, marking the official opening of the international air line from Chongqing to Sihanoukville, Cambodia.So far, the international (regional) lines of Chongqing Airport have increased to 73.

The Establishment of the Tourism Development Alliance for the “South Region of Chongqing and North Region of Guizhou”

On August 16, the Tourism Development Alliance for the “South Region of Chongqing and North Region of Guizhou” was established in Tongzi, Guizhou.The alliance was jointly initiated by Qijiang County,Nanchuan District, Wansheng Economic Development Zone of Chongqing and Guizhou Tongzi County Government and its cooperation contents include the project construction, industrial development,tourism marketing and preferential policies. The Acquisition of Chinese Permanent Residence ID Card by Foreign Talents at the Recommendation of Chongqing Free Trade Zone

On August 1, according to the news of the Exit-Entry Administration Division of Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Chinese Singaporean Chen Peiliang and his wife working in the Western Airlines got the “Chinese Green Card” on the same day -- the permanent resident ID card for foreigners. They were the first foreigners who obtained permanent residency status at the recommendation of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone since the State Immigration Bureau was established on April 2 this year. The card can be used as an identity document in China alone and is also available for professional title evaluation, social insurance and a long-term visa.
