2018東方文化論壇聚焦絲瓷茶與“一帶一路”

10月，在秋雨桂香中，2018東方文化論壇“對外開放視野下的絲瓷茶與‘一帶一路研討會”在杭州隆重舉行。120余位海內外專家學者和絲瓷茶產業界精英會聚一堂，就絲綢之路的絲瓷茶傳播交流與文明互鑒，絲瓷茶文創、科技、文旅、特色小鎮與產業振興和如何將絲瓷茶文化更好地接軌“一帶一路”等話題進行了廣泛而深入的探討。論壇還穿插了絲服走秀、甌樂演奏、茶藝演示，充滿濃郁的絲瓷茶文化藝術氛圍。

據了解，會議收到征文140多篇，其中近90篇論文、報告經評審獲論壇選用，取得了豐碩的成果。

會議認為，絲綢、瓷器、茶葉是華夏先民的三大原創發明，是“四大發明”之外中華民族對人類作出的偉大貢獻，在世界文化和人類文明版圖中具有鮮明的中國文化特征。從對外開放的歷史視野看，絲瓷茶自古以來就是我國對外貿易和中外文化交流的重要載體。絲瓷茶既是中國古代對外交往中不可或缺的重要媒介，也是中國對外開放歷史舞臺上的重要主角，更是中外文化交流的參與者和見證者。絲瓷茶的對外貿易史和絲瓷茶文化的傳播交流史，是整部中國對外開放史中最濃墨重彩、鮮活有趣的篇章。絲瓷茶是與五千年的中華農耕文明相伴而生的三大經濟產業，既滿足了中華民族生產和生活的內在需求，又通過絲綢之路傳輸到世界各地，滿足了沿線各國各民族對美好生活的需求。正是這種內外需求，尤其是外向的需求，促進了絲瓷茶的生產和發展。因此可以說，絲瓷茶產業自古以來就是帶有鮮明外向型特征的經濟，正是產品外銷帶動了絲瓷茶的國際化、商品化生產。

以絲瓷茶為代表的絲綢之路文化遺產，是現代文化創意設計理念和元素的無盡寶藏，是傳統文化傳承創新發展的寶貴財富，是中華文化“走出去”、講好中國故事、樹立國家新形象、傳播中國新理念的最佳媒介。

絲瓷茶和絲瓷茶文化具有自然和人文、物質和精神雙重屬性，涉及歷史與現實、經濟與文化、文創與科技、生活與藝術、東方與西方乃至人類未來等多個領域，內涵博大精深，影響巨大深遠。絲瓷茶文化在傳承傳統文化、發展時代文化、開展中外文化交流中有著獨特的地位和作用，親和、開放、包容的絲瓷茶文化，是新時代中國形象和理念的最好詮釋。

處在“陸上絲綢之路”與“海上絲綢之路”交會節點的浙江，不僅在對外海陸交通上具有獨特的中轉樞紐地位，而且更為重要的是在絲瓷茶商品輸出和文化交流中發揮了舉足輕重的作用，為東西方文明交流互鑒作出了重大貢獻。

令人欣喜的是，浙江尤其是浙北杭嘉湖地區，不僅是絲綢、瓷器、茶葉的首要發源地，而且浙江自古以來是這三大宗產品的主產區之一和重要的出口生產基地之一，在絲瓷茶文化遺產和產業發展中具有重要地位，其輝煌的歷史為我們留下了豐厚的文化遺產。如今在高品質絲瓷茶產品的生產、技術、文創、金融、品牌、市場、出口等領域，浙江仍有相對優勢。正是這種地緣優勢和文化特色，為東方文化論壇的舉辦構建了深厚的人文基礎。

與會絲瓷茶業界精英表示，相信論壇將繼續發揮文化的先導、傳播、平臺作用，為絲瓷茶產業振興和融合發展，為絲瓷茶更好惠及全人類，起到越來越多的學術推進和智庫引領作用。

Forum in Hangzhou Focuses on Silk， Porcelain， Tea

In October 2018， the Forum on Silk， Porcelain， Tea and Belt & Road Initiative with a Vision of the Opening to Outside World was held in Hangzhou. Of the 120 plus participants at the forum were scholars， experts， industrialists and professionals from silk， porcelain and tea industries. Over 140 papers were submitted to the forum， including about 90 academic dissertations and reports.

The attendees at the forum agreed that silk， porcelain and tea， which originated in China， were great contributions China made to the world in addition to the “four great inventions of ancient China”. In terms of connections with the outside world， silk， porcelain and tea have played a critical role in Chinas international trade and cultural exchanges with the rest of the world. These products of China have witnessed the countrys communication with the world. Silk， porcelain and tea were three economic pillars of the agricultural China in ancient times. They met the needs and wants of the people at home and overseas. The overseas market， in turn， spurred the production and technological advancement of silk， porcelain and tea. It could be argued that silk， porcelain and tea were distinct features of an export-oriented economy. The export internationalized and commercialized silk， porcelain and tea.

The attendees agreed that the legacies of the Silk Road represented by silk， porcelain and tea were cultural resources for future. The legacies are a wealth which can be tapped into for new ideas and elements for cultural exchanges， development， and manufacturing. They also serve as the best media for China and the rest of the world to understand each other.

Silk， porcelain and tea have both material and spiritual attributes that touch upon a full range of issues such as history， the present day， economy， culture， science， life， art， the east and the west， and the future of humanity. They can play a critical and unique role in carrying on the tradition and inspiring cultural development， and carrying on cultural exchanges across the world.

Zhejiang， strategically located on the central spot where the continental Silk Road and the Maritime Silk Road converged in ancient times， has contributed uniquely to the export of silk， porcelain and tea and to cultural exchanges between the east and the west.

What makes Zhejiang proud especially is that silk， porcelain and tea originated primarily in Zhejiang and in the northern Zhejiang in particular. The province was the major producer and exporter of these three products in large quantities in ancient times， thus making Zhejiang unique in the cultural legacies and in the history of industrial development. Even today， Zhejiang is still Chinas leading producer of quality silk， porcelain and tea and a dominant player on the domestic and international market of these commodities. Zhejiangs deep ties with the traditions are exactly why the forum this year was held in the province.

The attendees believed that the forum would continue to serve as a platform and a think tank for better communication and academic studies and for pioneering ways to continue to promote silk， porcelain and tea both as products and as industries for the benefits of the whole world.
