法國(guó)IDF哈比塔特公司新總部，結(jié)構(gòu)上突出靈活性，同時(shí)注重環(huán)保性能，完美地詮釋了其周邊環(huán)境特征。法國(guó)IDF哈比塔特公司主要從事社會(huì)住房開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)。2017年3月，IDF哈比塔特公司公布了其距離巴黎市中心15公里的新辦公地址。這個(gè)坐落于馬恩河畔尚皮尼的公司總部由 Piuarch、Stefano Sbarbati 和 Incet Ingénierie（均為2013年大賽獲勝者）主持設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)宗旨是打造一座集高效和功能于一體的綜合體。最重要的一點(diǎn)是，要成為當(dāng)?shù)卮笠?guī)模改造計(jì)劃中不可或缺的一部分。項(xiàng)目將“ZAC des Bords de Marne”建筑的一部分改造成全新的社交、文化、產(chǎn)業(yè)中心，與城市形成密切聯(lián)系，體現(xiàn)出人類對(duì)未來(lái)的期許，成為當(dāng)?shù)貥?biāo)志性建筑。

建筑呈L形，因樓層高低不同而形成錯(cuò)落輪廓。建筑體量相互穿插，具有明朗清晰的線條感，前方的廣場(chǎng)為公共區(qū)域。建筑以虛實(shí)關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)與周圍環(huán)境的對(duì)話。正對(duì)著廣場(chǎng)的入口一面，全透明玻璃幕墻被高低不同的涼廊遮擋，涼廊中間有隔斷，使建筑更具動(dòng)感。建筑正面如此設(shè)計(jì)，從外面可以隱約看到內(nèi)部的工作環(huán)境，包括大廳、小會(huì)議室、私人辦公室和階梯。同樣地，室內(nèi)的人也可以透過(guò)玻璃觀察外界環(huán)境與活動(dòng)。建筑的另外三個(gè)面分別向著南面的鐵路和東西面的馬路，其相對(duì)密實(shí)的表皮上緊湊地排布著長(zhǎng)方形窗戶，不僅具有隔音功能，還降低了太陽(yáng)直射所帶給內(nèi)部空間的熱能。整體建筑表皮由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)灌注的混凝土統(tǒng)一打磨后制成。縱橫交錯(cuò)的表皮還肩負(fù)著承重功能，支撐了跨度為13米的預(yù)制空心石板，使建筑構(gòu)架形成一體，無(wú)需任何中間支撐。形成可以充分利用的自由空間。事實(shí)上，建筑師沒(méi)有采用支柱與承重墻體，而是結(jié)合了安裝于建筑兩翼交叉部分的垂直系統(tǒng)裝置，與各層的浮式地板相連接。建筑各面的窗戶為67.5cm寬，各扇窗戶之間間隔135cm。這種設(shè)計(jì)也是為了遮陽(yáng)隔音。同時(shí)營(yíng)造出內(nèi)部空間的不同布局。

建筑師將工作區(qū)與公共區(qū)集中布置，這種靈活的排布手法讓人們可以按照不同時(shí)間的需求來(lái)安排各項(xiàng)功能設(shè)施。由于建筑場(chǎng)地時(shí)常會(huì)受到洪水的侵襲，因此地下室主要用于停車，而地面以上的

Extreme organizationalfiexibility, attention to environmental quality and an accurate interpretation of the setting: these were the requirements for the headquarters of IDF Habitat, the French company in charge of the development of social housing operations. In March 2017 IDF Habitat proudly announced its new address, 15 km from the heart of Paris. Designed by Piuarch, Stefano Sbarbati and Incet Ingénierie, the winners of a competition held in 2013, the Champigny-sur-Marne headquarters were inspired by the desire to create an efficient, functional complex, and above all one that stands as an indispensable element in the area’s transformation process. The building is in fact part of the so-called“ZAC des Bords de Marne,” an ambitious redevelopment program aimed at defining a new social,cultural and productive sector connected with the city, interpreting expectations and generating a system with a strong identity.

Characterized by an L-shaped plan and a silhouette that varies in height, the volumes develop into an articulated form, establishing crisp lines and allowing the square in front to be designed and defined as a collective space. Each side also reacts to the existing surrounds through a relationship of solid and empty spaces: at the entrance, and thus facing the square, the fa?ade is a permeable screen completely covered by glass hidden behind a system of loggias of varying heights, interrupted by a series of breaks in the pattern that make the composition more dynamic. This front is proposed here as a section through which one glimpses the working environments, including the lobby, small meeting rooms, private offices and the large stairway, or, conversely, as a way to project the life of the building toward the outside. The side of the building opposite the entrance, facing the railroad and along the road, is more compact with a tight rhythm of vertical openings: these are the south, east and west fa?ades, where it is necessary to filter the solar gain and to create an acoustic barrier against the noise of trains passing by. The shell is made of concrete cast onsite and then smoothed to create a uniform effect. It integrates the construction system, which is connected to prefabricated hollow core slabs with a span of 13 meters, without any need for intermediate supports. The result is a free plan,which can be organized according to needs: a solution made possible not only by the absence of pillars and supporting walls, but also by the systems installations, which run vertically at the crossing point between the two wings before being inserted into thefioatingfioor at each level. The modularity of the facades, marked by windows 67.5 cm wide spaced at 135 cm intervals, also contributes to the same objective and facilitates any changes in the layout of the internal spaces.

The only “rule” for thefiexible layout, which can be changed over time by IDF Habitat, is the continuous juxtaposition of work areas and collective areas. The four floors of offices above the basement –devoted entirely to parking because the structure stands on land at risk offiooding – mix different types of spaces and include large socialization areas both indoors and outdoors, thus ensuring a high quality environment for employees. This quality is enhanced by the roof terrace, which adds to the defining of a pleasant place with tables, seating, deckchairs and sun shading elements.

The expressive forms of the building therefore originate from the search for sustainability at all levels and from the ongoing dialogue with the surrounds and with the broader redevelopment program for the Champigny-sur-Marne area, delivering architecture with a strong identity, which accurately interprets the existing elements and structures within the setting.四層辦公區(qū)則融合了多種功能元素，增加了室內(nèi)和戶外大型社交場(chǎng)地。為員工們創(chuàng)造高品質(zhì)工作和生活環(huán)境。建筑師還設(shè)計(jì)了屋頂平臺(tái)，上面有桌子、座椅、躺椅及遮陽(yáng)處，讓員工們能夠在這里更加舒適地休息與娛樂(lè)。

建筑外觀極具表現(xiàn)力，追求各方面環(huán)保性能，與周圍環(huán)境相呼應(yīng)，是整個(gè)Champigny-sur-Marne地區(qū)改造計(jì)劃中不可或缺的一部分。這座風(fēng)格獨(dú)特的建筑精準(zhǔn)地詮釋了周邊的現(xiàn)有元素和建筑結(jié)構(gòu)特征。
