Very few teens think that using their social network site makes them more depressed.Among all teen social network users,only 5%say using their social network site makes them feel more depressed,compared to 10%who say it makes themfeel less depressed.Even among the least happy teens in this study（the 10%of all teens who say they are often sad or depressed and aren’t very happy with their lives）,18%say using their social network site makes them feel more depressed,while 13%say itlessens減少their depression.

In particular,teens think that using social media hashelped their relationships.Half（52%）of all teen social media users say using such media has mainly helped their relationships with friends,compared to just 4%who say social media use has mainly hurt their relationships.Similarly,more than a third（37%）say social media use has mainly helped their relationships with family members,compared to2%whosayithasmainlyhurtthem.In addition,a majority ofteens say social media help themkeep in touch withfriends they can’t seeregularly（88%）,get to knowotherstudentsattheirschoolbetter（69%）,andconnect withnew people whoshare a common interest（57%）.

寫作微技能之數據的多樣表達

圖表類作文的形式及特點是將統計的數據或被說明的事物直接用各類形式的表格體現出來，側重于數據的排序。此類題目要求學生將所給信息用句子完整、準確、連貫地表達出來。當圖表信息很多的時候，學生如果能夠掌握多種處理方法表達數據，就會達到比原文更出彩的效果。

文本數據表達技能提取

1.超過四分之一的青少年表示，使用社交網站會讓他們感到不那么害羞(29%)，且更外向(28%)。

2.五分之一的人說，這會讓他們對別人更自信(20%)；19%的人說更受歡迎；19%認為更有同情心；15%說這會讓他們自我感覺更好。
