我國青少年閱讀量持續增長Survey Finds Reading Increasingly Popular for Young Chinese

中國新聞出版研究院最近發布的一項全民閱讀習慣調查數據顯示，2017年18歲以下的青少年人均看了9本書。調查顯示，2017年85%的青少年看了1本書及以上。近年來，看書的青少年數量與日俱增，尤其是14—17歲的人，他們每年人均看書11.5本。有聲讀物對青年人的吸引力也高于均值，30%的14—17歲青年人聽過至少一本有聲讀物，而18歲以下的青少年這一比例為20%。調查還顯示，國內大多數父母都在幫助孩子養成看書的習慣。逾70%有0—8歲的孩子的父母每天花20多分鐘為孩子朗讀，年均陪孩子去書店3次。

People in China under 18 years of age read an average of nine books in 2017, according to a recent survey on national reading habits released by the China Academy of Press and Publication.The survey found that 85 percent of young people read at least one book in 2017. The number of young people who are reading has been rising in recent years, especially for people 14 to 17 years old, who read an average of 11.5 books.Audio books also have a higher than average appeal for the teenage market, with 30 percent of 14 to 17 year-olds listening to at least one audio book compared to 20 percent of under 18 years old overall. The survey also found that most Chinese parents are helping their children to cultivate a reading habit. More than 70 percent of Chinese parents with children aged 0 to 8 years spend at least 20 minutes a day reading to their children, and visit bookstores with them an average of three times a year.

萬達在青島投資建設全球規模最大影都Chinese Firm Dalian Wanda Opens $7.9 Billion Movie Metropolis

大連萬達已投資79億美元進入青島東方影都，希望能吸引外國制片人到國內。該建筑群占地超過400英畝，包括最先進的生產設施。萬達首席執行官王健林表示，它將“將青島打造成全球電影中心，將推動中國電影產業的發展”。青島東方影都于2016年開設了第一個電影工作室，并且已經開展了一些好萊塢制作，包括主演馬特·達蒙出演的《長城》。這是首部在中國拍攝和制作的，以全球觀眾為目標的好萊塢大片。

Chinese firm Dalian Wanda has invested USD 7.9 billion into the Qingdao Movie Metropolis, which it hopes will attract foreign producers to the country.The complex spans more than 400 acres and is said to include state-of-the-art production facilities.Wanda CEO Wang Jianlin said it would “turn Qingdao into a global hub for film, we will boost the Chinese movie industry development” . The Qingdao Movie Metropolis opened its first studios in 2016, and has already hosted some Hollywood productions including The Great Wall which starred Matt Damon.It was first major Hollywood film aimed at a global audience to be set, filmed and produced in China.

ofo領跑印度共享單車市場Chinese Bike-Sharing Service ofo Welcomed in India

共享單車公司ofo表示，2018年第1季度印度單車的訂單量超過110萬。2017年11月，ofo決定進軍印度市場。該服務現已覆蓋包括新德里、印多爾、班加羅爾、艾哈邁達巴德、浦那、科印巴托爾和欽奈這7個印度城市。ofo公司印度業務負責人德克斯特·西姆表示：“印度人口眾多，且隨著環境污染和交通擁堵等城市問題的惡化，印度急需更環保的公共交通解決方法。”到目前為止，ofo公司已在19個海外國家有業務，并在70多個海外城市提供了12萬次綠色騎行服務。

Chinese bike-sharing company ofo received more than 1.1 million orders in India in the first quarter in 2018.The company announced the decision to enter the Indian market in November 2017. Its service is now available in seven Indian cities, including New Delhi, Indore, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Coimbatore and Chennai. India has a huge population, and with the worsening of urban problems like environmental pollution and traffic congestion, India needs more environmentally-friendly public transport solutions, said Dexter Sim, who is in charge of ofo’s business in India.So far, ofo has operations in 19 foreign countries, and offers more than 120,000 green rides in over 70 cities overseas.
