摘要 [目的]探討30%矮壯素·多效唑懸浮劑的研制配方。[方法]為避免或減少多效唑?qū)χ参锂a(chǎn)生藥害,增強(qiáng)調(diào)節(jié)作用和提高藥效,進(jìn)行了的研究。通過對(duì)潤(rùn)濕分散劑、增稠劑、防凍劑、消泡劑等的篩選以及冷、熱貯試驗(yàn),研究矮壯素和多效唑復(fù)配懸浮劑的最佳配方。[結(jié)果]30%矮壯素·多效唑懸浮劑更佳配方為:20%矮壯素、10%多效唑、2% GY-WS03、4% DS-505、0.15%黃原膠、1.0%硅酸鎂鋁、3%乙二醇、0.5% DF-1550消泡劑、0.1%卡松,去離子水補(bǔ)足100%。對(duì)所得懸浮劑進(jìn)行質(zhì)量指標(biāo)測(cè)定,結(jié)果符合懸浮劑國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。[結(jié)論]試驗(yàn)所得30%矮壯素·多效唑懸浮劑配方可行。

Abstract [Objective] The aim was to explore the formula of 30% chlormequat and paclobutrazol SC. [Method] We studied the formula of chlormequat and paclobutrazol SC through the screening of wetting dispersants, thickening agents, antifreeze agents and antifoaming agents as well as cold and heat storage tests. [Result] The best formula for 30% chlormequat and paclobutrazol SC was as followed: chlormequat TC 20%, paclobutrazol TC 10%, GYWS03 2%, DS505 4%, xanthan gum 0.2%, defoaming agent DF1550 0.5%, magnesium silicate aluminum 1.0%, ethylene glycol 3%, preservatives 0.1%, and deionized water making up to 100%. All specifications of 30% chlormequat and paclobutrazol SC conformed to the requirements of SC. [Conclusion] The best formula for 30% chlormequat and paclobutrazol SC is feasible.

矮壯素是目前使用非常普遍的植物生長(zhǎng)延緩劑,能使植株變矮、莖桿變粗、葉色變綠,增強(qiáng)作物耐旱、耐澇能力,并能使作物抗倒伏、抗鹽堿。矮壯素主要用于棉花、番茄、玉米和馬鈴薯等,通過噴施,矮化植株或促進(jìn)塊莖生長(zhǎng),增加產(chǎn)量[1-4]。矮壯素在土壤中很容易被酶作用降解,對(duì)后茬作物無不良影響[5]。
多效唑是20世紀(jì)80年代研制成功的三唑類植物生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑,具有延緩植物生長(zhǎng)、抑制莖桿伸長(zhǎng)、縮短節(jié)間、促進(jìn)植物分蘗、促進(jìn)花芽分化、增加植物抗逆性能、提高產(chǎn)量等效果。多效唑殘留時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),在土壤中的半衰期為6~12個(gè)月。過量使用多效唑或使用不當(dāng),會(huì)對(duì)下茬作物產(chǎn)生藥害,所以目前常與其他植物生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑復(fù)配或交替使用,以減少和避免對(duì)敏感作物產(chǎn)生藥害[6]。將矮壯素與多效唑復(fù)配,可以減少或避免多效唑?qū)γ舾兄参锏乃幒Γ岣咚幮В瑴p少兩者的用量,降低使用成本,提高安全性。……
