近日,東方航空App7.0.0版本上線。本次改版重點對用戶購票流程、航班動態(tài)展示以及會員賬戶服務(wù)三方面進(jìn)行了共計21項優(yōu)化。7.0.0版本增添了遠(yuǎn)近機位和擺渡車信息顯示、航路天氣信息服務(wù)等實用功能,并對值機選座功能進(jìn)行了智能優(yōu)化。同時,7.0.0版本對會員服務(wù)版塊進(jìn)行了大幅升級,包括新增積分升艙,會員卡一鍵添加至Wallet,登錄后購票自動帶出常用信息,賬戶積分明細(xì)、臨期積分提示以及積分升級攻略等信息。
2016年,東方航空App推出會員購票“優(yōu)+承諾”,承諾用戶買貴可索賠。在此基礎(chǔ)上,2017年東方航空App進(jìn)一步推出積分加贈的獨家權(quán)益:會員賬戶購票,完成出行后將獲得額外10%的積分贈送。
China Eastern (CES)has launched its App7.0.0 version,which has optimized 21 items mainly for the ticket buying process,dynamic flight display and member service. This new version has added some functions including information display of aircraft locations,ferry buses and weather conditions along the route,and has enhanced seat selection. The member service was tremendously upgraded with regard to points for class upgrade,member card added to the wallet and point details in an account.
In 2016,China Eastern App launched “Premium + Promise”for members to purchase tickets which promised compensation for overpayment. Based on this,the App launched a further perk in 2017—free extra points for exclusive rights:when tickets are bought in a member’s account,an extra 10% points will be given to the member after he/she concludes the travel.
