Analysis on the Construction Strategy of modern Open Residential Area

Abstract：In rapid economic development of China， people more and more realized the city residential areas as a relatively complete system， from an important part of city system， so the city residential areas must be an "open system"， is only sustainable open system， can change as the environment and to change， to synchronous development with the surrounding of the rapid development of the city， thus each other in space， social integration and infiltration. Based on the modern open residential mode， this paper discusses the main construction strategies of modern residential development.

1. Dynamic and sustainable development.

Modern people's life style， social economy and urban development shows the characteristics of highly dynamic and accelerated change sex， cause of the dynamic characteristics of urban space is changing and updating， open space and city space of modern residential areas is also a process of constant integration until mutual fusion. Therefore， the residential mode must maintain the linkage with the urban material space and social life， and the external conditions such as function and space structure. The spatial texture and transportation condition also need to be adjusted and changed continuously to adapt to the changes of modern urban development and open residential area mode， so as to form a more effective and reasonable sustainable development.

2. Distinct spatial structure.

All sorts of residential space form at present in our country is developing plots for formation of the internal space of whole structure， introverted， closed space conception occupy the center of the residential design concept， rarely with open space structure planning combined with urban structure.Level of spatial structure makes the level of the settlements has a clear boundaries， make the space level presents a holistic and order， make modern open residential mode space structure is more overall and clear.

3. Open traffic.

Whether from space construction or landscape planning， traffic open space is the skeleton of open housing. First of all， we should look at the connection between the city's overall traffic and the traffic network， so as to realize the integration of traffic and urban traffic. Secondly， public transportation combines public service facilities and open space to form open center nodes， so that the residential area is open to the city. Finally residential urban traffic and traffic space not only has the communication for the function of the internal traffic of the residential access， is also a city life and the intersection of the residential area and the scene， should pay attention to traffic space of residential function of each part connected.

4. Open and adaptive space.

The open housing model is mainly manifested in the open space structure system， which not only contains the spatial structure system of the building entity， but also contains the outer space structure system of the residential area. The open adaptation requires that the buildings in the residential area not only consider its openness and adaptability， but also other commercial and office buildings in the community. For example， buildings located in public places should be designed for openness and suitability so that they have the possibility of switching between residential and commercial， office and other functions.

5. Overall open green space.

Green open space not only has the use of recreational， aesthetic function and landscape function， at the same time， the natural elements as well as the most important ecological residential ecosystem factor， he influence to the ecosystem of hydrology and self-regulation. Therefore， the open green space should unify the space form layout， function structure and the activity organization as a whole， and build the green space of the new-type modern open residential area.

Conclusion：

Modern residential development is rapid， the traditional closed residential mode has no longer meet the requirements of the modern urban development， open the settlements is more of a continuum of the city， is advantageous to the richness and affinity of people's life， as well as the continuation of life custom， the urban cultural context， so the open residential model construction will be the main melody of the development of future city residential areas.
