New textile industry in a new era to promote high-quality development

Sun Ruizhe said that the starting point for realizing high-quality development in the industry is to achieve a transformation from being big to being powerful. The key point is to achieve the conversion of old and new kinetic energy. The ultimate goal is to meet the peoples growing needs for a better life. High-quality development is the fundamental requirement for determining development ideas， formulating economic policies and implementing macrocontrol at the national level at present and in the coming period. CNTAC also identified high-quality development as the theme for this years industrial work. Carrying out such discussions in the first year of implementing the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress is very instructive for the work of the industry. In this regard， to promote high-quality development of the industry is a realistic choice to adapt to the current situation and industrial reality； to promote high-quality development of the industry is strategic need to meet the requirements of the times； to promote high-quality development of the industry is the urgent requirement to respond to the change of major contradictions and the breakthrough of the development bottleneck； to promote the high-quality development of the industry is the key to implement the new position of the industry and open a new era of value.endprint

He pointed out that the manifestation of “imbalanced & inadequate development” in Chinas textile industry is a bottleneck that the current development of the industry needs to be overcome and determines the direction for the development of the industry with high quality. Among them， imbalanced supply and demand structure is the bottleneck in terms of quality； regional imbalance is the structural bottleneck； imbalances of industrial benefits are the bottlenecks in terms of value； inadequate innovation and application are the bottlenecks of technology； inadequate combination of production and financing refers to capital； insufficient environmental construction refers to ecological bottleneck ... To achieve high-quality development of the industry needs to break through these bottlenecks. To this end， the entire industry should deepen the quality reform in the future， and make great efforts in “breaking” and “establishing”. To deepen the efficiency reform， we must make efforts in “efficiency” and “speed”. To deepen the reform of driving force requires balance between “steady” and “advance”.

2018 is the key year for deciding to build a welloff society in an all-round way and carrying out the“13th Five-Year Program” in a new paragraph. Yang Jichao expressed in his speech that in terms of industry operation in 2017， there are two positive performances： first， the export situation is better than expected and the annual growth rate is estimated to be nearly 2%. Two years of negative growth turned positive； Second， operational efficiency improved significantly. From January to November， the abovedesignated enterprises achieved 344.4 billion yuan in profits with an increase of 7.4% year on year， 2.6 percentage points higher than the previous year， presenting a faster growth than production and investment. The industrial development throughout the year shows that production capacity， output and benefits continue to concentrate on the dominant enterprises and the adjustment of the regional structure to the industries in the central and western regions is to be continued. The automation and intellectualized equipment are used in large quantities to promote the scientific and technological progress of the enterprises. Thorough analysis of macro trends and industrial development

Ma Xiaohe made an introduction to the economic trends and macro-policy changes after the 19th CPC National Congress. He pointed out that in 2017， we enjoyed a steady and positive economic performance， better than expected. The economic vitality， momentum and potential are continuously released. The stability， coordination and sustainability have been significantly enhanced and a steady and healthy development has been achieved. After the 19th CPC National Congress， the economic operation is beginning a new cycle. Taking all factors into consideration， the future economic operation will continue a steady trend. The general trend is to accumulate conditions for the new cycle. In the operation of the national economy， there are not only conditions for the promotion of economy from high speed to high quality， but also also bottleneck constraints.

According to Mao Shengyong， Chinas economy was better than expected， showing an overall trend toward high-quality development. Mao Shengyong said：“2017 is an extraordinary year with the world economy recovering more clearly and the domestic supply structure reform deepened with many new highlights.From the newly released macroeconomic indicators， it is generally good.” Mao Shengyong analyzed that， economic growth picked up in 2017 with GDP growth of 6.9%， 0.2 percentage points higher than last year， far beyond market expectations. From a production point of view， many industries are better than the previous year； employment is relatively adequate； consumer prices are stable； the consumption structure is upgrading； the balance of payments is improving.

Mao Shengyong concluded： The overall economic development in 2017 reflects the tendency of continuous quality improvement， in line with the goal to focus on high-quality development put forward by the Central Economic Work Conference. And he predicted that high-quality changes should be demonstrated on the basis of a steady economic performance in 2018 and even the coming years.

Wang Yuanhong made an analysis and introduction from four aspects： economic development into a new era， why turned to high-quality development， how to understand the development of a high-quality economy， and 2018 macro-control priorities. He pointed out that competition between enterprises in the future is a competition for user choice. Peng Wei shared the experiences on the path of high-quality development of Shuyang Intelligent Knitting Industrial Park， stating that in four years， Shuyang textile industry have witnessed a journey that the enterprises from less to more， industry from weak to strong， brands grow out of nothing， development from conscious to confident， creating a development road with Shuyang characteristics. In 2017， there were 350 textile enterprises among the county， including 188 above-designated ones， and the textile industry achieved industrial invoice sales amounted to 8.405 billion yuan. Relying on the wrapped yarn， home textiles and intelligent knitting， a more complete industrial chain covering “mechanical equipment - spinning - texturing - weaving - dyeing and printing - clothing” has been initially formed， achieving a good start to accelerate the transformation from “follow the development” to “lead the development”. Shuyang Economic Development Zone have been successively awarded “China Wrapped Yarn Industrial Base”， “National Textile Industry Transfer Demonstration Park”， “China Intelligent Knitting Industry Innovation Award”and other honorary titles.endprint

In order to lead the high-quality development of the textile industry， Shuyang will start the construction of the first smart knitting industrial park in China with an area of 1，030 mu and strive to build it into a 10-billion-level knitwear production base in 5 to 10 years， aiming to form such an industrial structure as “Zhuji in the south， Shuyang in the middle， Liaoyuan in the north” . At present， the Industrial Park has seen 245，000 square meters of standardized workshops and gathered a number of innovative and intelligent projects. It has also established production， teaching and research cooperation bases， intelligent manufacturing research institutes and graduate workstations with Donghua University and Wuhan Textile University.

Wu Li from Beijing Fashion Holdings Co.， Ltd. said in his speech that the new era has set new demands for development. In order to find a high-quality development path， on June 6th， 2016， with the consent of the Beijing Municipal Government， Beijing Textile Holding Company changed its name to Beijing Fashion Holdings Co.， Ltd.， taking the strongest first step in exploring new ways for the enterprises. In the following successful host of Beijing Fashion Week for two consecutive years， more than a dozen brands made their debut shows， such as Topnew， SNOW LOTUS， and PURE TOUCH， exerting sound domestic and international influence.
