(1)Learnable:The Body as Ego and Me——An Interpretation of Hiromatsu Wataru’s Being and Meaning

Hiromatsu Wataru rejected the dualistic framework of subject-object in the traditional philosophical epistemology,and deconstructed the gegenst ndliche object into the what-given of appearance and the what-recognized of meaning.While the cognitive subject was dismantled by Hiromatsu Wataru into a relational two-branched existence,namely,the learnable-who (“who” in grammatical person)and the knowable-someone.Moreover,Hiromatsu Wataru highlighted the body in the world of appearance in the objective orientation of epistemology.And the body is not a simple,independent,substantial,physical object,but something above on the sensibly objective “what-learned”,namely,the learnable subject,that is,the relational subject for the given appearance.This is a subject knowing the relational gestalt appearance beyond the physical body.

（2）New Characteristics of Financial Risk and Economic Growth from the Perspective of Key Risk Factors

With the change of economic basis and financial environment,the connotation of systemic financial risk has changed profoundly.But under the shackles of traditional research,from the perspective of critical risk factors,it is not enough to explain the systemic financial risks under the new situation.Synthesis of FCI in this article is based on an index system containing key risk factors,and prediction results show that,Chinese financial conditions will show a downward trend in 2018,so the possibility of local systemic financial risks will still exist in the short term.The risk of the real estate market is of significant systematic importance,which not only has a significant impact on financial leverage and asset price bubbles,but also impacts economic growth and its trend-cycle components.Therefore,the stability of the real estate market is of great significance to the management of financial risk,the economic “steady growth” in short-term and the “structure adjustment” in long-term.The risk of overcapacity,the risk of commercial banks’non-performing loans and the risk of government debt have significant difference and relatively limited systematic importance on the new characteristics of financial risk and economic growth.The financial shock will increase the uncertainty of long-term growth while restraining the long-term trend of economic growth.Consequently,it is necessary and urgent to implement of the “double pillar” regulatory framework.

（3）Natural law:Diderot and His Reconstruction of the Genre Theory Tradition

Guided by the philosophical view of nature,Diderot expounds and establishes the theory system of genre with nature as the highest aesthetic criterion.He insists the simple script was better than the complex one,and approves “Three Unities” in drama creation.Besides,he plans the drama genre system diagram by taking tragedy and comedy as the norm,advocates “serious drama” and depreciated the traditional “tragicomedy”.All of above strategies of ancient anti-ancient reduce the strength of anti-ancient strategy.The concentrated commentary on a large number of traditional genre laws highlights the theoretical character of reflection and reconstruction to genre theory tradition.Diderot regards the whole literary theory tradition from the ancient Greece and Rome to the Neoclassical period as “ancient”,and the coverage of such objects laid the necessary material foundation for “Enlightenment”.The dilemma of Diderot’s genius view ambushes the crisis of his genre theory system and indicates a new test for the reconstruction of genre theory in the future.

（4）CPC’s Confidence in the Path During the Period of Democratic Revolution

The confidence in the path is an important proposition put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress.It does not only mean confidence in building socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also means confidence in the revolutionary path with Chinese characteristics.During the period of the democratic revolution,the CPC explored a new revolutionary path of using rural areas to encircle the cities and seizing political power by armed force,and confidently adhered to this path and finally won the victory of the democratic revolution.The CPC’s confidence in the revolutionary path stemmed from its concern and practice of people’s livelihood.The settlement of this issue won the support of the general public and provided a guarantee for the victory over the reactionary forces at home and abroad.The confidence in the path to revolution not only enabled CPC to win the victory of the newdemocratic revolution but also enhanced its confidence in socialist revolution and construction,and it provided the historical and philosophical basis for the confidence in the path to socialism with Chinese characteristics and left much inspiration for the future generations.

（5）Dilemma and Solution of the Subject System of Land Contractual Management Right

Land contractual management right is the basic right of peasants,but the current legal system in our country hasn’t clearly stipulated the subject of this right,and there are even many contradictions.As for the subject that obtains land contractual management right by household contract is wandering between “farm households” and “individual members”.On the one hand,it has caused difficulties to the application of law in judicial practice;on the other hand,it has also brought the rights ownership of the household members,especially the special group,into a nominal situation.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the subject of land contractual management right.The subject of land contractual management right should be determined as individual members of collective economic organization,the relationship between household members forms the quasi-co-ownership by shares;by the way of making clear the obtaining rules of rights of new population and married women.adjusting the term of land contractual management,refining the policy of “separation of three rights relating to rural land”，setting up the standard of land withdrawal and improving the regulations of land registration and the system of villagers’self-government to ensure the reasonable realization of land contractual management right of individual members.

(6)The Influence of Paternalistic Leadership on Employees’Following Selection

It has been confirmed that the orientation of leadership regulation is one of the important incentives for employees’following selection.However,few studies have been paid to it in Chinese organizations that focus on paternalistic leadership.Therefore,this study explored the relationship between paternalistic leadership and employees’following selection based on the data collected from 256 field sampling and 232 leaders and matched employees that finished questionnaires in China.It is found that promotion orientation behavior (benevolence behavior,moral behavior,authoritarianism behavior)positively activate to promoted regulatory focus,and then induce employee’s promotional following behavior in Chinese paternalistic leadership.The relationship is also like this between defense orientation behavior and defensive regulatory focus,defensive following behavior.In addition,the moderator variables of high-LMX and organizational justice as external causes are strengthening the positive effect of orientation behavior on regulatory focus in Chinese paternalistic leadership;on the contrary,low-LMX and organizational unfairness are wakening it.High-psychological empowerment as an internal cause is positively reinforcing influence of promotion orientation on employees’promoted regulatory focus of paternalistic leadership;whereas low-psychological empowerment is positively reinf orcing influence of defense orientation on employees’defensive regulatory focus of paternalistic leadership.
