俄羅斯副總理羅戈津來渝出席中俄總理定期會晤委員會第二十一次會議參觀長安汽車公司并表示贊賞

2017年10月30日，中共中央政治局常委、國務院副總理、中俄總理定期會晤委員會中方主席汪洋在重慶與俄羅斯副總理、委員會俄方主席羅戈津共同主持中俄總理定期會晤委員會第二十一次會議。雙方系統(tǒng)梳理了委員會過去一年來的工作進展，就下一步的各領域合作深入交換意見，簽署了《中俄總理定期會晤委員會第二十一次會議紀要》。

汪洋說，過去5年，在習近平主席和普京總統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略引領下，中俄全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關系達到歷史最好時期，為兩國務實合作提供了強有力的政治保障。在兩國總理的部署推動下，委員會機制建設日臻完善，始終保持高效運轉(zhuǎn)，雙邊合作取得豐碩成果。

汪洋表示，今年以來中俄貿(mào)易持續(xù)回暖向好，核能、民用航空、航天、跨境基礎設施建設等領域戰(zhàn)略性大項目合作穩(wěn)步推進，雙方還積極探討遠東開發(fā)、北極開發(fā)、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟等新議題，開辟了務實合作新空間。中方愿同俄方進一步繼承好傳統(tǒng)，探索新做法，推動兩國務實合作取得新成效。

羅戈津?qū)χ泄彩糯蟮膭倮匍_表示祝賀。他表示，俄方始終將發(fā)展對華關系視為本國外交優(yōu)先戰(zhàn)略方向，當前俄中關系處于歷史最好時期。俄方愿在互利共贏基礎上進一步深化對華合作，充分發(fā)揮兩國總理定期會晤委員會在落實兩國元首共識和協(xié)調(diào)具體合作方面的重要作用，推動雙方務實合作取得更多成果。

中共中央政治局委員、重慶市委書記陳敏爾出席會議并致辭。他表示，重慶將在以習近平同志為核心的黨中央領導下，深入學習貫徹黨的十九大精神，以本次會議為契機，深化務實合作，為促進中俄全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關系發(fā)展貢獻力量。

此前一天，俄羅斯副總理羅戈津一行抵渝后，前往長安汽車公司兩江新區(qū)魚復工業(yè)園基地參觀。重慶市副市長劉桂平陪同參觀。

羅戈津一行先后在長安汽車公司兩江新區(qū)魚復工業(yè)園基地參觀了乘用車總裝車間汽車展廳、乘用車總裝車間，詳細了解長安汽車先進研發(fā)技術。當了解到該基地作為長安汽車公司全球研發(fā)的核心部分，引導長安日本、長安美國、長安英國等全球研發(fā)基地共同向前時，俄方貴賓不時點頭稱贊，并對長安汽車雄厚的研發(fā)制造實力及在中國市場的優(yōu)異表現(xiàn)贊不絕口。

October 30, 2017, Politburo Standing Committee, Vice-premier of the State Council, China’s Chairman of China-Russia Prime Ministers’ Regular Meeting Committee, Wang Yang, presided the 21st meeting of the Committee together with Russia’s Chairman of the Committee, Dmitry Rogozin. Participants from both countries reviewed upon the progress made by the Committee during the last year, exchanged ideas about further cooperation in various aspects, and signed Minutes of the 21st Meeting of China-Russia Prime Ministers’ Regular Meeting Committee.

Wang Yang said that under the leadership of President Xi Jinping and President Vladimir Putin, China-Russia all-round strategic partnership has reached an unprecedented level in the past five years, providing a political safeguard for bilateral cooperation. With the efforts made by leaders of both countries, the mechanism of the committee is constantly improving, and has managed to operate efficiently, therefore great results have yielded from the bilateral cooperation.

Wang Yang also said that Sino-Russian trade has experienced a sustained recovery since the beginning of this year. Large-scale cooperation in nuclear energy, civil aviation, aerospace, cross-border infrastructure and other domains is progressing steadily.China and Russia also engaged in new fronts of cooperation such as Far East Development, Arctic Development, Digital Economy.China is ready to work together with Russia to build on present achievements, explore new approaches and promote the bilateral cooperation towards more positive results.

Deputy Prime Minister Rogozin congratulated China on the successful convocation of the 19th CPC National Congress. He said that China will always be a priority in Russia’s diplomatic strategy. As China-Russia relations reaching a whole new level,Russia is ready to further the bilateral cooperation based on mutual benefits, ensure the committee’s role in reaching mutual agreements and coordinating bilateral cooperation, and promote the bilateral cooperation towards more positive outcomes.

Member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau,Communist Party Secretary of Chongqing, Chen Min’er attended the meeting, and said that Chongqing will follow the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,put the guiding principles from our 19th National Congress into action, and take this meeting as an opportunity to contribute to China-Russia all-round strategic partnership.

Upon his arrival in Chongqing a day before the meeting,accompanied by Deputy Mayor of Chongqing Liu Guiping, Deputy Prime Minister Rogozin visited Changan Automobile’s base in Yufu Industry Zone of the Liangjiang New Area.

Deputy Prime Minister Rogozin and other guests from Russia visited Changan Automobile’s Passenger Vehicle Assembly Workshop and its automobile exhibition hall, and learned about the advanced R&D capabilities of Changan Automobile. After hearing that the Yufu base is the center of Changan Automobile’s global R&D, guiding its R&D in Japan, America, Britain and other countries, the Russian guests heaped praise on Changan Automobile’s extraordinary R&D capabilities and domestic market performance.
