A new age requires a new economy.A new economy calls for new driving forces.

To carry out the “Made in China 2025” strategy, Wuhan holds a key point in China’s innovation and pushes forward the construction of “the four bases,” which nurtures strategic emerging industries and new forces for economic growth.

National Memory Base

In February of 2016, the State Council approved Wuhan to build the first national memory base in China. This all-in-one base integrates memory product design,technology development, and wafer production, testing and marketing. It’s a trillion-scale industrial cluster in the form of “chip-display-intelligent terminal.”

In September of 2017, at Wuhan Future City in the east of the Optics Valley, the first phrase of this base was fi nished. It is the biggest hightech investment project in Hubei Province since 1949. Its overall investment will reach up to 160 billion yuan.

Clean Energy Vehicle Base

The world’s first model hydrogen energy automobile,and the clean energy vehicles designated for the 22nd U.N.Climate Conference were both born in Wuhan.

Wuhan continues to forge ahead in the worldwide wave of developing clean energy vehicles. A number of national famous new energy vehicle manufacturers have chose to build their plants in Wuhan.These companies are building sophisticated clean energy vehicle industrial clusters and the country’s biggest lithium battery and silicon cell industrial base.

Wuhan has become one of the leading intelligent transportation demonstration cities. A demonstration zone that covers dozens of kilometers is being constructed. An intelligent n e t w o r k-c o n n e c t e d industry that integrates communication technology,electronic technology, internet and vehicles is now forming rapidly.

貫徹落實“中國制造2025”戰略，近年來，武漢抓住產業創新的“牛鼻子”，圍繞四大基地建設，其戰略性新興產業與經濟發展新動能，不斷孕育釋放。

國家存儲器基地

2016年2月，武漢獲得國務院批復，成立全國首個國家存儲器基地。它集存儲器產品設計、技術研發、晶圓生產與測試、銷售于一體，形成一個形成“芯片—顯示—智能終端”萬億產業集群。

2017年9月，光谷東部武漢未來科技城，國家存儲器基地項目一期工程一號生產及動力廠房提前1個月封頂。這是新中國成立以來湖北省最大單體投資高科技產業項目，總投資高達1600億元。

新能源汽車基地

全球首臺常溫常壓氫能汽車工程樣車，第22屆聯合國氣候大會專用新能源車輛，都在武漢誕生。

面對全球新能源汽車的發展浪潮，武漢同樣奮勇前行。一大批國內知名新能源汽車生產廠家，紛紛落戶建廠，要打造智能化新能源汽車產業集群，打造全國最大鋰電池、硅光電池產業基地。world-class cyber-security system where talent, innovation, and industry combine and develop together.

National Cyber-security Base

The national cyber-security base is also located in Wuhan. It is being constructed in two stages.The Cyber-security College,International Cyber-security Talents Community Center,Centrin Wuhan Supercomputing Center, Qidi Network Security Incubator, and other two projects are currently under construction.The base integrates globalleading cyber-security companies,industries and talents, forming a

National Commercial Space Base

Every dollar that is invested in the commercial space industry brings 7 to 14 dollars’ pay back.The general amount of global investment in the commercial space industry is 246.2 billion dollars. The Wuhan Commercial Space Industry Base is seizing this opportunity.

Wuhan is the third city that has been approved to set up a national space industry base after Shanghai and Xi’an. It will give priority to the development of the leading industries such as carrier rockets and launch services,as well as satellite platform,payload, and spatial information application services. On the basis of Kuaizhou rockets, the base will offer low-priced, fast, and fl exible commercial space development services for microsatellites.

At present, a final assembly and testing center for carrier rockets, with an investment of 1.7 billion yuan, is under construction in the base.?

武漢將成為國內首批智慧交通應用示范城市，一個占地數十公里的示范區正加速建設。一個集通信、電子、互聯網、汽車等深度融合的智能網聯產業，正加快集聚成形。

國家網安基地

建設國家網絡安全人才與創新基地，簡稱網安基地，國家支持落戶武漢。它分兩期規劃建設，網絡安全學院、國際人才社區、中金武漢超算（數據）中心、啟迪網安科技孵化園等六大項目已經開工。

它集聚一批具有國際國內一流水平的網絡安全企業、產業和人才，形成人才、創新、產業融合發展的良好網絡安全生態體系。

國家商業航天基地

商業航天領域每投入1美元，可帶來7美元至14美元的回報，而全球商業航天產業經濟總量為2462億美元。武漢商業航天產業基地，搶占的正是這一“風口”。

繼上海、西安之后，國家批準武漢設立第三個國家級航天產業基地。它將優先發展航天運載火箭及發射服務、衛星平臺及載荷、空間信息應用服務等主導產業，以快舟運載火箭為基礎，面向微小衛星提供廉價快速、響應靈活的商業航天發展服務。

投資約17億元的運載火箭總裝總調中心項目已開工建設。?
