龐巴迪CRJ飛訓(xùn)基地在渝開(kāi)建

6月28日，華夏航空產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈研究中心暨飛行訓(xùn)練中心在兩江新區(qū)航空產(chǎn)業(yè)園正式開(kāi)工建設(shè)。該項(xiàng)目分三期，建成后將成亞洲最大的龐巴迪CRJ系列機(jī)型飛行員、乘務(wù)員培訓(xùn)及復(fù)訓(xùn)基地。主要進(jìn)行飛行員機(jī)型初始培訓(xùn)及復(fù)訓(xùn)、乘務(wù)員初始培訓(xùn)及復(fù)訓(xùn)、機(jī)務(wù)維修人員培訓(xùn)等，預(yù)計(jì)年均培訓(xùn)3900人次。

首屆長(zhǎng)江上游地區(qū)省際協(xié)商合作聯(lián)席會(huì)議在渝召開(kāi)

6月30日，首屆長(zhǎng)江上游地區(qū)省際協(xié)商合作聯(lián)席會(huì)議在重慶召開(kāi)。該會(huì)議為加強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶省際合作，共謀共推長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展，由重慶、四川、云南、貴州4省市參與。這標(biāo)志著自2016年12月《關(guān)于建立長(zhǎng)江上游地區(qū)省際協(xié)商合作機(jī)制的協(xié)議》簽署以來(lái)，長(zhǎng)江上游地區(qū)省際協(xié)商合作機(jī)制正式啟動(dòng)。

重慶海關(guān)消息，7月1日，全國(guó)通關(guān)一體化正式啟動(dòng)，重慶海關(guān)已順利融入全國(guó)通關(guān)一體化，實(shí)現(xiàn)“全國(guó)海關(guān)如同一關(guān)”。全國(guó)通關(guān)一體化在全國(guó)實(shí)施，全國(guó)口岸所有運(yùn)輸方式全部進(jìn)口商品適用“一次申報(bào)、分步處置”通關(guān)作業(yè)流程和企業(yè)自報(bào)自繳稅款、海關(guān)對(duì)稅收征管要素審核后置等改革舉措。企業(yè)從中可享受選擇任意地點(diǎn)報(bào)關(guān)，通關(guān)政策、規(guī)定在執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上更加一致，通關(guān)效率大大提高等多項(xiàng)紅利。

科沃斯“牽手”重慶開(kāi)發(fā)公共服務(wù)機(jī)器人

7月11日，科沃斯機(jī)器人科技（蘇州）有限公司與重慶奧沃斯機(jī)器人有限公司簽署產(chǎn)業(yè)合作協(xié)議，雙方將攜手開(kāi)展旺寶公共服務(wù)機(jī)器人的推廣和應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)。科沃斯機(jī)器人是國(guó)內(nèi)知名的服務(wù)機(jī)器人公司，此次“牽手”重慶奧沃斯，將對(duì)科沃斯旺寶機(jī)器人進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā)及產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用推廣，今后還將在機(jī)器人技術(shù)研發(fā)上展開(kāi)深度合作。

中國(guó)—新加坡青年學(xué)者論壇在渝舉行

留學(xué)回國(guó)人員來(lái)渝創(chuàng)業(yè)最高可獲50萬(wàn)元資助

市人力社保局消息，我市出臺(tái)了《重慶市留學(xué)人員回國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)新支持計(jì)劃實(shí)施辦法》，支持留學(xué)回國(guó)人員來(lái)渝發(fā)展。該計(jì)劃將每年擇優(yōu)資助一批創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目，激發(fā)留學(xué)回國(guó)人才創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新活力。資助分為創(chuàng)業(yè)和創(chuàng)新資助兩類：創(chuàng)業(yè)類資助分為特等、一等、二等和三等資助，分別給予50萬(wàn)元、30萬(wàn)元、20萬(wàn)元和10萬(wàn)元資助；創(chuàng)新類分為重點(diǎn)、優(yōu)秀和啟動(dòng)資助，分別資助12萬(wàn)元、8萬(wàn)元和5萬(wàn)元。

仙桃大數(shù)據(jù)與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)新學(xué)院9月開(kāi)院

7月16日，仙桃數(shù)據(jù)谷消息，由國(guó)家信息中心、北京協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究院和渝北區(qū)政府共同創(chuàng)建的仙桃大數(shù)據(jù)與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)新學(xué)院，籌建工作已接近尾聲，并計(jì)劃今年9月正式開(kāi)院。屆時(shí)該學(xué)院將與全球一流科研、教育、培訓(xùn)和產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同辦學(xué)，培養(yǎng)一大批國(guó)際性技術(shù)和創(chuàng)新人才。仙桃大數(shù)據(jù)與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)新學(xué)院位于仙桃數(shù)據(jù)谷南端，總建筑面積14萬(wàn)平方米，定位為開(kāi)放型、公益性“政產(chǎn)學(xué)研金用”協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的未來(lái)大學(xué)，重點(diǎn)開(kāi)展汽車無(wú)人駕駛與能源等領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。

重慶妹子施廷懋勇奪世錦賽女雙3米板冠軍

北京時(shí)間7月17日晚，在匈牙利布達(dá)佩斯進(jìn)行的2017年國(guó)際泳聯(lián)世錦賽跳水女子雙人3米板決賽中，重慶妹子施廷懋搭檔小將昌雅妮，以總成績(jī)333.30分奪得冠軍，為中國(guó)跳水隊(duì)奪得本屆世錦賽上第四塊金牌，也為中國(guó)跳水隊(duì)在該項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)九連冠。施廷懋是該項(xiàng)目上屆世錦賽和里約奧運(yùn)冠軍得主，這也是她第六次參加世界大賽的雙人項(xiàng)目。

7月19日，渝港兩地大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)座談會(huì)在渝舉行，來(lái)自香港中文大學(xué)等11所高校負(fù)責(zé)人組成的香港高校校長(zhǎng)代表團(tuán)，與重慶大學(xué)等12所重慶高校的黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在會(huì)上共商合作、共謀發(fā)展，就增進(jìn)渝港兩地高校之間的交流、推進(jìn)兩地教育合作展開(kāi)探討。

新加坡在渝打造智慧物流平臺(tái)

7月20日，中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目—新加坡輝聯(lián)埔程智慧物流平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目在兩江新區(qū)魚復(fù)工業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)摘牌，將打造國(guó)際物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心重要樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)、西部區(qū)域多式聯(lián)運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心節(jié)點(diǎn)。該項(xiàng)目由新加坡上市公司輝聯(lián)集團(tuán)、斐格瑞集團(tuán)以及埔程物流三方共同建設(shè)，投資3億美元，占地326畝，總建筑面積約22.28萬(wàn)平方米。該項(xiàng)目分為物流組團(tuán)、金融服務(wù)組團(tuán)、信息服務(wù)組團(tuán)、配套服務(wù)組團(tuán)等四大組團(tuán)，以果園港為中心，依托鐵、公、水多式聯(lián)運(yùn)物流集散平臺(tái)、物流信息平臺(tái)。

西部大宗商品現(xiàn)貨交易市場(chǎng)啟動(dòng)建設(shè)

重慶港務(wù)物流集團(tuán)消息，我市將依托本地鋼鐵、煤炭等交易市場(chǎng)，以及鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港口優(yōu)勢(shì)，打造西部大宗商品現(xiàn)貨交易市場(chǎng)。建成后，該市場(chǎng)將形成5000萬(wàn)～8000萬(wàn)噸的年商品交易量，并在西部發(fā)揮重要的物流配套和保稅、金融、期貨交割功能。重慶港務(wù)物流集團(tuán)擁有果園港、藍(lán)家沱等5個(gè)鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港口。目前，該集團(tuán)基于大宗商品現(xiàn)貨交易模式打造的鋼材交易市場(chǎng)已基本成型。

重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)新開(kāi)及復(fù)飛4條國(guó)際航線

7月24日，重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)消息，為應(yīng)對(duì)暑運(yùn)客流出行高峰，重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)積極協(xié)調(diào)航空公司新開(kāi)及復(fù)飛了4條國(guó)際航線，包括：天津航空新開(kāi)重慶—伊爾庫(kù)茨克航線，每周3班；印尼城市快線航空新開(kāi)重慶—明丹島航線，每5天1班；曼谷航空復(fù)飛重慶—蘇梅島航線，每周3班；馬印航空復(fù)飛重慶—沙巴航線，每5天1班。年內(nèi)，重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)還將新開(kāi)重慶—紐約、重慶—墨爾本兩條洲際航線，計(jì)劃新開(kāi)重慶—萬(wàn)象、重慶—暹粒、重慶—河內(nèi)、重慶—胡志明等航線，加密重慶—普吉航線，進(jìn)一步完善重慶國(guó)際航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)，方便旅客出行。

10個(gè)項(xiàng)目入選2017國(guó)家智能制造專項(xiàng)

工信部發(fā)布了2017智能制造綜合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與新模式應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)通知，我市有9個(gè)新模式應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目、1個(gè)綜合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入立項(xiàng)支持名單。這些項(xiàng)目分別來(lái)自重慶郵電大學(xué)、重慶集誠(chéng)汽車電子、天圣制藥等，主要集中在高端制造領(lǐng)域，涉及新能源汽車、高端醫(yī)療器械、新一代信息技術(shù)、醫(yī)藥、高技術(shù)船舶、水力發(fā)電裝備等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。這既是《中國(guó)制造2025》重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域，也是我市戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。

Bombardier CRJ Flight Training Center Starts Construction in Chongqing

On the date of June 28, China Express Industrial Chain Research Center & Flight Training Center was officially put into construction in the Aviation Industry Park seated in the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area. The project will be completed in three phases after which it will become the biggest training and refresher training center in Asia for pilots and fl ight attendants of Bombardier CRJ series models. It is mainly involved in the initial training and refresher training for pilots to learn different models and for flight attendants; it also conducts training for maintenance personnel. The annual number of trainees is projected to reach 39 hundred on average.

In Chongqing Opened the First Joint Conference on Inter-provincial Consultation and Cooperation in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River

On the date of June 30, the First Joint Conference on Inter-provincial Consultation and Cooperation in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River was inaugurated in Chongqing. The conference aims to strengthen the interprovincial cooperation along the Yangtze River Economic Zone and make joint efforts to boost the development of the Yangtze River economic belt with participation of Chongqing, Sichuan Province, Yunan Province and Guizhou Province. It marks that inter-provincial consultation and cooperation mechanism along the upper reaches of the Yangtze River was officially inaugurated since the signing of Agreement on the Establishment of Inter-provincial Consultation and Cooperation Mechanism in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River in the December, 2016.

Ecovacs in Collaboration with Chongqing Develops Public-service Robots

On the date of July 11, Ecovacs Robot Technological Co., Ltd. (Suzhou) signed cooperation agreement with Chongqing Owos Robot Co., Ltd. Both sides will make joint efforts to engage in the promotion and application development of Benebot (the public-service robot). Ecovacs, a Chinese famous company specialized in the serving robots, will work with the Owos to conduct the second development and application promotion of Ecovacs Benebot, and launch in-depth cooperation on the technological research and development of robots.

Chinese Overseas Returnees can Obtain Financial Entrepreneurship Support in Amounts Up to 500 Thousand Yuan

Chongqing Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department released that Chongqing introduced Implementation of the New Plan for supporting Chongqing Overseas Returnees to Start Business to support Chinese overseas returnees to seek jobs in Chongqing. The plan will financially support some outstanding entrepreneurship and innovation projects to encourage overseas returnees to conduct entrepreneurship and innovation. The support covers two types of entrepreneurship and innovation. The former is divided into fi ve rankings, each of which involves 500 thousand yuan, 300 thousand yuan, 200 thousand yuan and 100 thousand yuan respectively; the latter is divided into three rankings of key, excellent and inauguration ones with fi nancial support of 120 thousand, 80 thousand and 50 thousand yuan respectively.

Innovation Institute of Xiantao Big Data and Internet of Things Will Be Inaugurated in September

On the date of July 16, Chongqing Xiantao Big Data Valley released that Innovation Institute of Xiantao Big Data and Internet of Things whose preparation is close to the end is co-established by State Information Center, Beijing Collaborative Innovation Institute and Yubei District Government and is projected to be inaugurated in September of this year. Chongqing Girl Shi Tingmao Won the Champion of Women’s Synchronized 3m Springboard Competition of the World Championship

On the evening of July 17 in Beijing time, the women’s synchronized 3m springboard final of 2107 FINA World Championships was held in Budapest, Hungry. Chongqing girl Shi Tingmao with her partner Chang Ya’ni won the champion with total scores of 333.30, harvesting the fourth gold medal and achieving the nine-time champions in this competition event for Chinese diving team. Shi Tingmao, the champion of this event in the last World Championships and the Rio Olympic Games, had the sixth participation in the world pair event.

The Symposium of Presidents from both Chongqing and Hong Kong Was Held

The Symposium of Presidents from Universities of both Chongqing and Hong Kong was held in Chongqing on the date of July 19. Singapore Builds an Intelligent Logistics Platform in Chongqing

On the date of July 20, China (Chongqing)-Singapore Strategic Interconnectivity Demonstration Project—Intelligent Logistics Platform by Singapore Vibrant Group and Chongqing Pucheng Logistics Co., Ltd. was inaugurated with the aim to build a crucial node of international logistics network center and an important link of multi-modal transport network in west China. This project is built by joint efforts of Vibrant Group—a Singapore listed company, Figtree Group and Chongqing Pucheng Logistics Co., Ltd. It has an investment of 300 million dollars with coverage of 326 mu and total building area of 222.8 thousand square meters. And it consists of five groups including logistics, financial services, information services and supported services with Guoyuan Port as its center and on the basis of logistics distribution and information platform featuring multi-modal transportation combining railway, highway and water.

Commodity Spot Transaction Market in West China is Put into Construction

Chongqing Port Administration Affairs and Logistics Group released that relying on the local market of steel and coal and based on the advantages of the port with combined transportation of railway and water, Chongqing will build a commodity spot transaction market in west China. After its completion, it will have an annual commodity trading from 50 million tons to 80 million tons, playing an important role in the logistics support, bonded commodity, finance and future delivery. The Group possesses five ports combined with railway and water such as Guoyuan Port and Lanjiatuo. At present, the steel transaction market built by the Group on the basis of commodity spot transaction takes into shape.

Chongqing Airport Opened and Reopened Four International Airlines

Chongqing Airport released the news on the date of July 24 that to cope with traveling peak during summer holiday, Chongqing Airport makes vigorous efforts to coordinate with other airline companies to open and reopen four international airlines as Tianjin Airlines opened the new airline from Chongqing to Irkutsk with three flights every week; Indonesia Express Air reopened the airline from Chongqing to Mingdan Island with one fl ight every week; Bangkok Airways reopened the airline from Chongqing to Koh Samui with three fl ights every week; Malindo Air reopened the airline from Chongqing to Sabah one flight every five days. In this year, Chongqing will open another two intercontinental airline of Chongqing—New York and Chongqing—Melbourne, and plan to open some new airlines including Chongqing—Vientiane, Chongqing—Siem Reap, Chongqing—Hanoi and Chongqing—Ho Chi Minh. And Chongqing will plan to add flights to the airline from Chongqing to Phuket. All of the above efforts will further improve Chongqing international airline network so as to offer travelers more convenience.

Ten Projects Was Listed in 2017 Special Projects for National Intelligent Manufacturing

MIIT released that the project of 2017 comprehensive standardization and new model application for intelligent manufacturing was inaugurated. Chongqing has nine new model application projects and one comprehensive standardization project in this supporting list. Those projects respectively from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing Jicheng Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., Tiansheng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and etc., are mainly involved in the fi eld of highend manufacturing concerning new energy car, highend medical apparatus and instruments, new generation of information technology, medicine, high-tech ships and hydraulic electrogenerating. Made in China 2025 also gives priority to this field which serves as the development direction of strategic emerging industries.
