[摘 要] 作為兼具文化產業和信息產業屬性的出版業來說,在工業4.0時代背景下,目前正步入智能化出版的發展之路。文章從業務管理、傳播形式、用戶體驗以及市場營銷等方面分析出版業智能化的表現特征。在新一輪出版業的變革浪潮下,應該從技術平臺、內容生產、服務觀念、市場營銷等環節著手,吸收工業4.0的技術精髓,尋求未來出版業的智能化發展路徑。

[Abstract] The publishing industry is entering into the development road of intelligent publishing in the 4.0 era of the new industry revolution, which is the convergence of culture industry and information industry.The article points out the new features of intelligent publishing from business management, communication forms, user experience, marketing, etc. Under the new wave of publishing industry, the paper puts forward the development paths of intelligent publishing, which are based on technology platform, content production, service idea, marketing and so on.
