第九屆全國(guó)殘疾人藝術(shù)匯演（西部片區(qū)），這是國(guó)內(nèi)規(guī)格最大、水平最高、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)最激烈的殘疾人文藝盛會(huì)，也是我市首次舉辦全國(guó)性殘疾人藝術(shù)活動(dòng)。16個(gè)省市代表團(tuán)近1300名殘疾人演職人員，上演著奇跡與夢(mèng)想。

The Ninth National Art Festival of Disabled Persons (the Western Area) is the largestscale, highest-level and the most competitive art festival for the disabled in China. It was also the first time Chongqing held a national art activity of disabled persons. Nearly 1300 disabled performers from 16 provincial and municipal delegations put on a show about miracles and dreams.

貴州代表團(tuán)舞蹈《新生》，演繹兄弟倆光榮參軍，共赴戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。無(wú)懼任何打擊、困難，相互扶持，昂首活了下來(lái)。

The dance Rebirth performed by the delegation of Guizhou tells a story about that two brothers joined the army, fought alongside each other without fear of any blows and difficulties, and finally survived with mutual support.

學(xué)生群舞《大老碗》，演員們?cè)溨C幽默、熱情奔放的表演，將陜西人粗獷豪邁、熱情好客的性格表現(xiàn)得淋漓盡致。

The group dance Big Old Bowl is performed by students. Their playful and passionate dance shows the bold, generous and hospitable characters of Shaanxi people incisively and vividly.

隨著“水波蕩漾”的燈光和潺潺溪流的聲音，重慶代表團(tuán)舞蹈《高山流水》拉開(kāi)序幕。22位演員的動(dòng)作行云流水，舞姿翩然若浮。

The dance Lofty Mountains and Flowing Water performed by the delegation of Chongqing begins with rippling light and bubbling sound. The 22 actors dance lithely and gracefully just like floating clouds and flowing water.

甘肅代表隊(duì)舞蹈《記憶》，呈現(xiàn)當(dāng)下與歷史的一次對(duì)話。展現(xiàn)當(dāng)代人不忘初心，不忘歷史的情懷。

The dance Memory performed by the delegation of Gansu presents a dialogue between the present and history. It shows the spirit that contemporary people stayed true to the mission and history.

來(lái)自海南的《動(dòng)感精靈》是一位20歲智力障礙者的獨(dú)舞。自學(xué)舞蹈七年，跳舞使他智力有所恢復(fù)?；蛟S，正是對(duì)藝術(shù)的這份執(zhí)著，使得藝術(shù)也回饋了他一份“幸運(yùn)”。

The Energetic Fairy is performed by a 20-year-old solo dancer with mental retardation from Hainan. He has learned dance on his own for seven years. Dance has made his intelligence get some recovery. Perhaps, it was the dedication to art that made art reward him with "good luck".

寧夏孩子們有一個(gè)《大山深處的夢(mèng)》，那就是上學(xué)，去看廣闊世界。聾啞演員們表情隨著情境變換，通過(guò)模仿，配合手語(yǔ)老師的姿勢(shì)，以及空心地板的震動(dòng)來(lái)感受節(jié)奏。

The Dream of Children from the Mountain of Ningxia is to go to school and see the vast world. The expression of deafmute actors change with the situation. They follow the rhythm by imitating and cooperating with the gesture of sign language teachers and feeling the vibration of hollow floor.
