腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療急性膽囊炎的效果

[摘要]目的 探討腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療急性膽囊炎的效果。方法 選擇2014年8月～2016年12月我院收治的160例急性膽囊炎患者，按照入院單雙號分為對照組和觀察組，各80例。對照組行傳統開腹膽囊切除術治療，觀察組行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療。比較兩組的總有效率、手術相關指標、術后恢復情況、鎮痛藥使用比例和術后并發癥發生率。結果 觀察組的治療總有效率顯著高于對照組，鎮痛藥使用比例和術后并發癥發生率均顯著低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組的手術時間、下床活動時間、住院天數、腸鳴音恢復時間和肛門排氣時間均顯著短于對照組，術中出血量顯著少于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 腹腔鏡膽囊除術治療急性膽囊炎的臨床效果可靠，術后胃腸功能恢復快，安全性高。

Effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods 160 patients with acute cholecystitis in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number of admission，80 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional open cholecystectomy，while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The total effective rate，relative operative indexes，postoperative recovery，the proportion of analgesics and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the proportion of analgesic use and the incidence rate of postoperative complication of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.The operative time，ambulation time，hospitalization time，recovery time of bowel sound and anal exhaust time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，the amount of intraoperative bleeding of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis has reliable clinical effect，with fast recovery of gastrointestinal function，high safety.
