羅薩·帕克站屬于大巴黎地區(qū)環(huán)城快線RE R - E線，建于瑪戎達(dá)站（Magenta）和龐坦站（Pantin）之間的軌道下方。通過(guò)位于車(chē)站南面的Gaston Tessier街道和北面的步行通道，行人可直接步行進(jìn)入車(chē)站。車(chē)站由換乘大廳和服務(wù)樓、站前廣場(chǎng)組成：換乘大廳正好位于兩個(gè)并列的、等長(zhǎng)的體塊的交界處，服務(wù)樓為兩層，站前廣場(chǎng)朝向光線充足的南面并安裝了透明雨蓬。車(chē)站北面的通道出口也有玻璃雨蓬保護(hù)，同時(shí)還連接了場(chǎng)地周邊的現(xiàn)存建筑和車(chē)站（麥當(dāng)勞倉(cāng)庫(kù)、Gaston Tessier街）。

羅薩·帕克站一共有六個(gè)站臺(tái)出入口，站臺(tái)的頂棚長(zhǎng)145米，中央部分為透明的，可以使自然光線照射到換乘大廳。

Located between the stations Magenta and Pantin in Paris (19th district), the Rosa Parks station will open up access to transport services available in this area, comprising an RER E station connected to the T3 tramway and to the end station of the Tram Y line (the future T8 line connecting Paris to St Denis, Epinay sur Seine and Villetaneuse). Accessible on foot directly via the south from rue Gaston Tessier and from the north via an underground passageway, the station itself will be located underneath the train tracks. This intermodal hub reflects a new way of thinking the interplay and relationship between the public area and urban infrastructures to ensure smooth, uninterrupted pedestrian access right up to the train. The platform will count 6 points of access, making for easy pedestrian traffic. These points of access, served by escalators, an elevator, fixed staircases and ramps with a 10% slope will be lodged inside an incision and protection from the elements will be provided by a platform shelter of about 145 meters. The central part of the shelter will be transparent to funnel light into the concourse area.
