2017年9月1日，潼南區政府與中國寶力集團有限公司正式簽訂YOTA手機項目合作協議。這一項目的落地，不僅將助力潼南手機產業提檔升級，也標志著作為俄羅斯“國禮”的YOTA手機，開始全面進軍中國市場。

On September 1, 2017, the government of Tongnan District of Chongqing officially signed a cooperation agreement with China Poly Group Ltd—Yota Phone project.This will not only help the promotion of smart phone industry in Tongnan, but also marks that Yota Phone,as Russia’s state gift, starts its all-around march into Chinese market.

第二屆中新（重慶）金融互聯互通對接會在渝舉行

The 2nd Sino-Singapore ( Chongqing) Financial Intercommunication and Interconnection Conference Held in Chongqing

2017年9月4日，由新加坡金融管理局、市金融辦、中新示范項目管理局共同組織的第二屆中新（重慶）金融互聯互通對接會在重慶舉行，90家中資金融機構、50家新加坡金融機構、164家實體企業參會。

On September 4, 2017, the 2nd Sino-Singapore financial intercommunication and interconnection conference was held in Chongqing.It was organized jointly by Singapore Financial Administration, Finance Office of Chongqing Municipality and Sino-Singapore Demonstration Project Administration, with the participation of 90 Chinese and 50 Singaporean financial institutions and 164 entity enterprises.

重慶籍80后教授獲“中國諾貝爾”大獎

A Young Professor Born in Chongqing Won the “Nobel Prize of China”

2017年9月8日，第二屆“未來科學大獎”揭曉，該獎項被譽為“中國諾貝爾獎”。重慶籍80后北大教授許晨陽獲得“數學與計算機科學獎”大獎。另外兩名獲獎者，分別是清華大學教授、結構生物學家施一公，中國科學技術大學教授、量子通信衛星“墨子號”首席科學家潘建偉。

On September 8, 2017, the results of the second “Future Science Prize”, a prize hailed as “Nobel Prize of China”, was announced.The “Mathematics and Computer Science Prize” went to Peking University professor Xu Chengyang, a post-80s man born in Chongqing.Other two laureates are Shi Yigong, the professor of Tsinghua University and structural biologist and Pan Jianwei, the professor of University of Science and Technology of China and chief scientist of quantum communication satellite “Micius”.

重慶首條“公交優先車道”投入使用

The First “Bus Priority Lane” in Chongqing Came into Use

2017年9月12日，經過近半年的調研和數據監測，重慶首條“公交優先車道”正式投入使用。該道路設置在渝中區長江一路兩路口至大黃路立交段，早晚高峰期間專供公交車使用，并配有違章抓拍系統。投用首日，公交車行駛暢通。

On September 12, 2017, the first “Bus Priority Lane” in Chongqing officially came into use, after nearly half-year investigation and data monitoring.This lane is located in the Yuzhong District, Yangtze Road 1 from Lianglukou to Dahuang Road.It is for buses exclusively during rush hours and also equipped with a snapshot system of traffic violation.Buses drove on the lane without any congestion on the first day of implementation.

“騰訊文創基地”落戶重慶兩江新區

Tencent Cultural and Creative Base Settled down Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing

2017年9月12日，“騰訊文創基地”在重慶兩江新區互聯網產業園騰訊眾創空間正式掛牌。該基地將把文創企業聚集起來，提供更好的創作空間，不僅促進全國文創產業的聯動、交流，還將推動產、學、研、創、投整個大文創上下游產業鏈的多維聯動。

On September 12,2017, Tencent Cultural and Creative Base was officially listed in Tencent public space, Internet Industrial Park of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.This base will assemble cultural and creative enterprises and provide a better creative space,which will not only facilitate the interaction and intercommunication of cultural and creative enterprises, but also promote the multidimensional interaction of the whole cultural and creative upstream and downstream industry chain, such as producing,learning, studying, creating and investing.

重慶自貿試驗區全域落戶項目385個

Chongqing Pilot Trade Zone Had Totally 385 Listed Projects

2017年9月14日，中國（重慶）自貿試驗區辦公室發布消息，2017年1-7月，重慶自貿試驗區全域落戶項目385個，涉及金額2128.21億元，新增企業7813戶，占全市比重10.9%，其中外資企業123戶，占全市比重21.7%。

On September14, 2017, China (Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone Office issued that Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone, from January to July 2017, has 385 listed projects,involving 212.821 billion Yuan.There are 7813 newly increased enterprises, among which 123 are foreign-funded ones, with the former taking up 10.9% of all enterprises in Chongqing and the latter 21.7% of all foreign-founded ones.

重慶首個5G實驗室掛牌

The First 5G Laboratory of Chongqing Established

2017年9月15日，中國移動5G聯合創新中心重慶開放實驗室正式落戶兩江新區，成為重慶首個5G實驗室，將推進重慶以智能互聯為基礎的物聯網、車聯網、工業互聯網、云端機器人等領域進入嶄新時代，并帶動醫療、汽車、工業、交通等行業的變革。按照中國移動的計劃，5G技術2018年組建實驗網，2019年試商用，2020年商用。

On September 15, 2017, Chongqing open laboratory of China Mobile 5G Joint Innovation Center officially settled down in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, becoming the first 5G laboratory of Chongqing.It will be an impetus for some fields to a brand new era, such as Chongqing’s Internet of Things, Vehicles, industries and Cloud Robotics based all on intelligent interconnection.In addition, it will drive the industrial innovation such as the fields of medical treatment, automobile and manufacture.In accordance with the plan of China Mobile,5G technology will be applied to build test network in 2018, and its commercial use in 2020 will be preceded by a trial in 2019.

璧山入選國家生態文明建設示范區

Bishan Selected as the Demonstration Area of National Ecological Civilization Construction

2017年9月21日，環保部公布了全國首批46個達到國家生態文明建設示范市縣考核要求的名單。璧山區作為重慶惟一入選區縣，成為我市第一個獲得國家生態文明建設示范區的區縣。此次評選由國家環保部組織專家進行，共涉及全國25個省市。

On September 21, 2017, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a list of China’s first 64 demonstration cities and counties that met the requirements of National Ecological Civilization Construction.Among the suburban districts and areas of Chongqing, Bishan District became the first one to win the title of demonstration area of National Ecological Civilization Construction.This selection was conducted by experts organized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, involving 25 provinces and cities of China.

首屆全國美術教育教師作品展在渝開展

The 1st National Art Education Exhibition of Art Teachers' Works Held in Chongqing

2017年9月22日，首屆全國美術教育教師作品展在四川美術學院舉行。展覽由中國美術家協會、中國教育學會、四川美術學院聯合主辦，集中展示了當前我國美術教育體系的整體面貌。展覽將持續到10月12日，觀眾可免費參觀。

On September 22, 2017, the first national art education exhibition of teachers' works was held in Sichuan Fine Arts Institute.The exhibition was sponsored jointly by Chinese Artists Association, China Education Association and Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, centrally displaying an overall outlook of China’s current art education system.It will last until October 12 and is free to visit.

2017年9月26日，2015-2016年度富民興渝貢獻獎揭曉，十位在重慶發展建設中做出了突出貢獻的杰出人士獲此榮譽，并在頒獎典禮上受到表彰，他們分別是匡后明、劉波、朱剛泉、陳卉麗、許仁安、朱明躍、袁心玥、楊培增、周曦、胡德高。10位獲獎者敢闖敢試、拼搏奉獻的故事，讓全社會看到了重慶堅毅自強、重信尚義、兼容開放的城市品格。

On September 26, 2017, 2015-2016 Chongqing Contribution Award was granted to ten outstanding people who have endeavored to build and develop the city.They are Kuang Houming, Liu Bo, Zhu Gangquan, Chen Huili, Xu Ren'an, Zhu Mingyue, Yuan Xinyue, Yang Beizeng, Zhou Xi, Hu Degao.Their stories about exploration and dedication display characteristics of Chongqing, perseverance, trust and sincerity, and tolerance and openness.

蘭渝鐵路9月29日開行普速客車

Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway into Operation On 29th, September

2017年9月26日，中國鐵路客戶服務中心12306官方網站開始發售29日的蘭渝鐵路車票，重慶到蘭州的K4515次列車早上8：38正式運營，蘭州到重慶的K4518次列車則在9：09發車，標志著9月29日蘭渝鐵路開行普速客車。K4515次于9月29日上午8：38從重慶發出，當日22：05到達蘭州，全程13小時27分鐘。蘭渝鐵路全程設計時速在160-250公里之間，可以開行動車組，屆時重慶到蘭州的時間將會大大縮短。

On September 26, 2017, China Railway Customer Service Center Website (www.12306.cn) starts to sell Lanzhou-Chongqing train tickets of 29th,Semptember.The train K4515 from Chongqing to Lanzhou leaves at 8:38 a.m., while K4518 from Lanzhou to Chongqing at 9:09 a.m.K4515 will take 13 hours and 27 minutes to reach the destination at 10:05 p.m.Designed for speeds at 160 to 250 km an hour, Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway meets the standard of high-speed trains, which is expected to greatly shorten the travel time.
