綜合療法治療高水平運(yùn)動員網(wǎng)球肘的臨床研究

[摘要] 目的 觀察運(yùn)用綜合療法治療高水平運(yùn)動員網(wǎng)球肘的近期、遠(yuǎn)期效果。 方法 將就診患有網(wǎng)球肘的高水平運(yùn)動員隨機(jī)分成治療組與對照組（各30例）。治療組用推拿療法、體外沖擊波加康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的綜合方法治療，對照組用局部封閉方法治療，療程結(jié)束后進(jìn)行各種評估與分析。 結(jié)果 兩種治療方式都有顯著早期效果，且對照組療效略優(yōu)于治療組（P<0.05）。觀察長期效果（6個(gè)月、1年），治療組優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 綜合療法治療網(wǎng)球肘具有到長久、穩(wěn)定的臨床療效，能夠有效地保障運(yùn)動員正常訓(xùn)練。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the short-term and long-term effects of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of tennis elbow in the high-level athletes. Methods The high level athletes with tennis elbow who were admitted were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was given the comprehensive method of massage therapy， in vitro shock wave therapy plus rehabilitation training. The control group was given local closure. A variety of assessment and analysis were carried out after the end of treatment. Results Both therapies showed significant early effects. The control group was better than the treatment group （P<0.05）. The long-term effects were observed （6 months， 1 year）， and the treatment group was better than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive therapy in the treatment of tennis elbow has a long and stable clinical effect， which can effectively ensure athletes' normal training.

目前臨床上針對網(wǎng)球肘（肱骨外上髁炎）的治療方法很多，存在的問題是大多數(shù)療法偏重于近期療效，忽略長期效果。加之該病容易復(fù)發(fā)，遷延難愈，尤其對于高水平運(yùn)動員治療更加困難，嚴(yán)重影響運(yùn)動員的訓(xùn)練及生活。目前肱骨外上髁炎的治療方法多種多樣，還沒有任何一種方法被證明對肱骨外上髁炎絕對有效。因此，制定一整套行之有效的系統(tǒng)方法就尤為重要[1]。本研究旨在通過綜合療法對該病的治療效果進(jìn)行近期、長期觀察，并與封閉治療的效果相對照，以探索一種適用于運(yùn)動隊(duì)，能夠更好保障運(yùn)動員正常訓(xùn)練的治療方法。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選擇2012年6月～2016年1月在山東省運(yùn)動康復(fù)研究中心運(yùn)動醫(yī)學(xué)科門診就診的山東體育局訓(xùn)練中心一級以上的高水平運(yùn)動員，同時(shí)符合網(wǎng)球肘診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者，共計(jì)60例。隨機(jī)分為治療組與對照組（本研究將治療組編號為1，對照組編號為2。將標(biāo)注有號碼的卡片，封入信封中，醫(yī)生及患者均不知道信封內(nèi)號碼數(shù)字。……
