摘 要:為了研究C30鋼纖維混凝土劈拉強度尺寸效應規律,制作邊長為100、150、200mm,鋼纖維體積率為0%、0.75%、1.5%的鋼纖維混凝土立方體試件,試件在標準條件下養護7、28d,進行劈拉強度試驗。在Bazant混凝土強度尺寸效應律的基礎上,提出C30鋼纖維混凝土劈拉強度尺寸效應計算公式,并得出不同尺寸試件之間的劈拉強度尺寸效應換算系數值。結果表明,鋼纖維混凝土立方體尺寸越大,劈拉強度越低,存在尺寸效應。本文建立的鋼纖維混凝土尺寸效應計算公式與試驗數據吻合良好,能夠較好地預測在不同鋼纖維體積率及不同試件尺寸下的鋼纖維混凝土試件的劈拉強度。

Abstract: In order to study the size effect of splitting tensile strength of C30 steel fiber reinforced concrete, a steel fiber reinforced concrete cube specimen with side length of 100,150,200mm and steel fiber volume fraction of 0%, 0.75% and 1.5% was fabricated. This specimen were cured under standard conditions for 7 days and 28 days, and the splitting tensile strength test was carried out. Based on the size effect law of Bazant concrete strength, the size effect formula of splitting tensile strength of C30 steel fiber reinforced concrete was put forward, and the size conversion factor value of splitting tensile strength between different sizes of specimen was obtained. The results showed that the size of the steel fiber reinforced concrete cubes increased with the increase of the splitting tensile strength. The calculation formula of size effect of steel fiber reinforced concrete in this paper is in good agreement with the experimental data, and can predict the splitting tensile strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens with different volume fraction of steel fiber and different specimen sizes.

混凝土是一種由粗細骨料及硬化水泥漿組成的多相材料。從微觀上看,混凝土是多相多孔的,骨料中含有大量微裂隙和微孔洞,是典型的非均勻材料,強度尺寸效應[1]是這類材料的固有特性。尺寸效應的存在意味著由試驗確定的混凝土強度不再是材料的性質,而是依賴于結構幾何尺寸的參數。因此,研究混凝土強度尺寸效應規律對于計算混凝土結構的力學性能至關重要。
抗拉強度是混凝土的基本力學參數之一,是判斷結構開裂、發生脆性破壞(如剪切破壞)的重要指標。由于采用直接拉伸試驗較困難,試驗數據離散性較大,因此大多采用劈拉試驗間接測定混凝土的抗拉強度?!?br>
