From January to May, I led an extremely inactive①inactive 英 [?n'?kt?v] 美 [?n'?kt?v]adj. 不活躍的；不活動的；怠惰的；閑置的lifestyle, binging on video games and basically ignoring all aspects of my well being.

I was for all intensive②intensive 英 [?n'tens?v] 美 [?n't?ns?v]adj. 加強的；集中的；透徹的n. 加強器purposes addicted to the game I was playing. This addiction nearly ruined me mood wise, I was miserable③miserable 英 ['m?z(?)r?b(?)l] 美 ['m?zr?bl]adj. 悲慘的；痛苦的；卑鄙的to be around when I was even able to force myself to go to class or go out and socialize④socialize 英 [?s????la?z] 美 ['so??la?z]vt. 使社會化；使適應社會生活vi. 交際；參與社交.

I wanted to stop, and one day I did,just like that. Told myself I would focus on building and improving myself. I began to take pride in hygiene⑤hygiene 英 ['ha?d?i?n] 美 ['ha?d?in]n. 衛生；衛生學；保健法, exercising, and building hobbies (mainly playing the piano).

I've been as active as I can, landing a job that promotes activity, hiking whenever possible, and going on runs around parks.My confidence has skyrocketed⑥skyrocket 英 ['ska?r?k?t] 美 ['ska?'rɑk?t]n. 流星煙火；沖天火箭vi. 飛漲，突然高升vt. 使……猛然上漲from almost nothing to the most confident I've ever been as well.

It is easier than you think. The body and mind is extremely resilient⑦resilient英 [r?'z?l??nt] 美 [r?'z?l??nt]adj. 彈回的，有彈力的and wants to be active, so get out there and live life!

從1月到5月我一直過著一種完全死氣沉沉的生活，我只要游戲為伴，忽視其他一切。

我完全沉溺在所玩的游戲之中，中毒很深，這甚至完全左右著我的情緒。當我強迫自己去上課或者社交的時候，我會把事情搞砸。

我想要終結這樣的生活，有一天，我真的這樣做了。告訴自己我要重塑并提升自我。我開始注意個人衛生，積極鍛煉，培養愛好（主要是鋼琴）。

我盡可能地積極主動，做了一份有關促進活動的工作。一有空就去遠足，還繞著公園跑步。我從幾乎沒啥自信到自信心爆棚。
