1. Dorothy is a brave and happy girl. She lives in Kansas（堪薩斯州），the US. Several months ago，a tornado（龍卷風） sent her to a strange world，OZ. There，she made friends with a scarecrow（稻草人），a lion and a tin man（鐵皮人）. They defeated（擊敗） the Witch（女巫） of the West and saved（挽救） the kind witch Glinda. Then，Glinda sent Dorothy back home with her magic（魔法）.
2. But the story is not end（結束） yet. Soon Dorothy gets a message（消息）. It’s from her old friend Scarecrow. OZ is in danger（處于危險之中）！ The bad witch’s brother，Jester，is going to destroy（摧毀） OZ. He will paint the sun black with his magic. So no one will see the sun again. Even Glinda cannot defeat him. Dorothy becomes the only hope（希望） of OZ.
3. How can she stop（阻止） Jester？ Dorothy decides to find her old friends first. However（然而），Jester knows about Dorothy’s plan. He kidnaps（綁架） Scarecrow，Lion and Tin Man. Dorothy is a kind girl. When her friends need her，she is always glad to help. And she is very brave（勇敢的）. She is never afraid of challenges（挑戰）.
They are three friends of Dorothy. When they meet her at first，Scarecrow wants a brain（頭腦），Lion wants some courage（勇氣） and Tin Man wants a heart（心臟）. In the adventure（冒險），Dorothy helps them get what they want.
Jester is the little brother of the Witch of the West. He learns magic from his sister. And now he comes to destroy OZ.
OZ is a magical（神奇的） kingdom（王國）. Here，animals can talk. Cooked（煮熟的） food grows everywhere. And even wind and water have lives（生命）. You can make everything come true（實現） if you have powerful（強大的） magic.
