民航"十三五"規劃 重慶將建成“一大四小”民用機場

中國民用航空局、國家發展改革委、交通運輸部聯合發布《中國民用航空發展第十三個五年規劃》，規劃提出，到2020年，運輸機場數量達到260個左右，航班正常率力爭達到80%，并將全面提升航空服務能力，提升空管保障服務水平。根據規劃，“十三五”時期，重慶將建成“一大四小”民用運輸機場。除了重慶機場的改擴建，萬州、黔江機場也在改擴建之列，而運輸機場建設項目中還包括了續建巫山機場、新建武隆機場。其中，江北機場東航站區和第三跑道工程將于今年投用。

《2016重慶市外商投資環境測評報告》出爐

1月18日，市外商投資企業協會發布《2016重慶市外商投資環境測評報告》稱，重慶直轄市地位、特殊優惠政策、相對較高的經濟發展水平、政府服務水平、產業聚集能力是外商落戶重慶的五大主要因素。

新增5家“中國出口質量安全示范企業”

國家質檢總局發布了《質檢總局關于公布第三批“中國出口質量安全示范企業”名單的公告》，授予第三批52家企業“中國出口質量安全示范企業”稱號，重慶有5家企業獲此稱號，分別是重慶隆鑫機車有限公司、上汽依維柯紅巖商用車有限公司、重慶銀翔摩托車（集團）有限公司、重慶國際復合材料有限公司和中國嘉陵工業股份有限公司（集團）。

2016年重慶經濟繼續保持兩位數增長 增幅居全國前列

1月20日，全市經濟運行情況新聞發布會舉行。2016年，全市實現地區生產總值17558.76億元，比上年增長10.7%，比全國平均水平高4.0個百分點，重慶經濟繼續保持兩位數增長；人均GDP達到57902元，增長9.6%。分產業看：2016年，全市實現第一產業增加值1303.24億元，比上年增長4.6%；第二產業增加值7755.16億元，增長11.3%；第三產業增加值8500.36億元，增長11%。全市經濟實現了持續穩定增長，發展質量效益同步提升，經濟社會發展保持了穩中有進、穩中向好的良好態勢。

去年接待游客4.5億人次

1月25日，市旅游局消息稱，去年我市接待境內外游客45086.13萬人次，同比增長15.1%；實現旅游總收入2645.21億元，同比增長17.5%。去年我市在招商引資、品牌創建、節會活動等方面作出了努力：吸引旅游投資超過1200億元，包括萬達集團投資500億元打造重慶萬達文旅城，美國六旗集團聯合山水文園投資集團投資300億元打造山水主題小鎮六旗樂園等；創建國家級及市級旅游度假區15個，評定4A級景區9個；成功推出“山水之都·美麗重慶”旅游主題宣傳口號，舉辦了首屆武陵山民俗生態文化旅游節、第七屆中國長江三峽國際旅游節等活動，擴大了重慶旅游的影響力。

隆鑫通用出資3億收購意大利CMD通航發動機公司

隆鑫通用動力股份有限公司發布公告稱，該公司已于今年1月19日在意大利羅馬完成了收購意大利CMD通航發動機公司的交易及工商登記手續。隆鑫通用取得了CMD公司約67%的股權，并以自有資金向相關各方匯付了全部對價總金額4111萬歐元（約合人民幣3億元）。隆鑫通用成功收購CMD，標志著該公司成功進入通用航空活塞式發動機產業領域，這有利于該公司進一步提升在大排量發動機方面的正向設計、研發和制造能力，推動專業級無人機產品升級。

新加坡成為我市跨境人民幣結算第三大境外地域

2月13日，人民銀行重慶營業管理部發布的2016年重慶市貨幣信貸運行數據顯示，2016年，全市與新加坡發生的跨境人民幣實際收付結算量達129.4億元，同比增長35.2%，占全市跨境人民幣實際收付結算量的11.3%。目前，新加坡已成為我市跨境人民幣結算第三大境外地域。

“重慶造”骨頭修復材料打破美國壟斷

2月6日，渝北空港工業園區消息，重慶潤澤醫藥有限公司成功研發出多孔鉭再生性骨修復材料，彌補了國內在這一領域的空白。該公司目前已成功申報了三項國家級課題、兩項重慶市課題，并成立了重慶市醫用金屬材料工程技術研究中心。此前，受鉭金屬密度高、加工難等限制，全球僅美國一家公司能生產此類產品。預計國產多孔鉭材料量產上市后，其價格僅是進口產品的一半。

“合川造”SUV出口韓國

合川區北汽銀翔貿易有限公司生產的SUV（城市多用途汽車）已成功出口韓國，這標志著北汽銀翔成為首個出口韓國的中國產乘用車品牌。據韓國媒體報道，當地時間1月18日，獨家進口的北汽銀翔中型SUV“KENBO 600”（國內命名：北汽幻速S6）在仁川市南區舉行了新車發布會，正式上市銷售。

去年我市手機產量達2.87億臺 同比增長58.7%

市經信委公布的統計數據顯示，2016年我市手機產量達2.87億臺，同比增長58.7%。我市手機產量大幅度攀升，主要得益于近年來陸續引進、培育了一批手機生產企業。目前，全市已引進知名手機品牌vivo、重慶百立豐科技有限公司等手機生產企業近百家，分布在南岸、潼南、渝北、九龍坡、巴南、長壽、綦江和大足等多個區縣。“重慶造”手機不僅賣到全國各地，還遠銷南亞、中亞、南美和非洲等地區。

首個全鋼結構學校開建

2月9日，我市首個采用全鋼結構建造的學校—重慶南開兩江學校正式開始吊裝。該學校使用的鋼構件總數量超過7000件，鋼結構用量約5000噸，預計今年9月建成投入使用。近年來，我市大力發展鋼結構建筑，許多政府投資主導的辦公樓、保障性住房、學校等公共及公益性建筑，均采用了鋼結構技術。業內人士認為，鋼結構建筑的推廣將進一步化解本地鋼鐵產能，帶動建筑行業提檔升級，同時還將培育一批集設計、制造、施工、運營為一體的工程總承包龍頭企業。

Civil Aviation Administration of China, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China have jointly issued “the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of the Civil Aviation Development of China”. The plan has proposed that the number of transport airports will amount to 260 or so; the normal fl ight rate will strive to reach 80%; the aviation service capacity will be comprehensively enhanced; and the air traffi c control service will be improved. According to the plan, “one big and four small” civil airports will be built in Chongqing during “the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period. In addition to the reconstruction and expansion of Chongqing Airport, Wanzhou Airport and Qianjiang Airport are also to be reconstructed and expanded. Among the construction projects of transport airports, Wushan Airport is continued to be constructed and Wulong Airport will be built. The east terminal area of Jiangbei Airport and the third runway project will be put into use this year.

“2016 Evaluation Report on Chongqing’s Foreign Investment Environment” is published

On January 18, Chongqing Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment had released “2016 Evaluation Report on Chongqing’s Foreign Investment Environment”. This report claims that the status of Chongqing as a municipality, the special preferential policies, the relatively high level of economic development, the government service and the industrial gathering capacity are fi ve major factors to attract foreign enterprises to settle in Chongqing.

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China has released“the Notice on the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China Announcing the List of the Third Batch of “China Export Quality & Safety Demonstration Enterprises”, and awarded the title of “China Export Quality & Safety Demonstration Enterprises” to the third batch of 52 enterprises. Five enterprises in Chongqing having been awarded the title are respectively Chongqing Loncin Motor Co., Ltd., SAIC-Iveco Hongyan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., Chongqing Yinxiang Motor (Group) Co., Ltd., Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation and China Jialing Industrial Co., Ltd. (Group).

In 2016, Chongqing GDP has maintained double-digit growth rate, with the growth ranking the forefront of the country

Chongqing Economic Operation Press Conference was held on January 20. In 2016, Chongqing GDP reached 1755.876 billion yuan, with the growth of 10.7 percent over the previous year and 4.0 percentage points higher than the national average. Chongqing GDP has continued to maintain doubledigit growth rate. Per capita GDP reached 57,902 yuan with the growth of 9.6 percent. According to the industries, the added value of the primary industry amounted to 130.324 billion yuan in 2016, up by 4.6% over the previous year; the added value of the secondary industry was 775.516 billion yuan, up by 11.3 percent; the added value of the tertiary industry was 850.036 billion yuan, up by 11 percent. In total, Chongqing economy has achieved sustained and stable growth with the development quality and benefit simultaneously enhanced. The economic and social development has maintained a good momentum of steady and better progress.

Last year, Chongqing has received 450 million tourists.

On January 25, Chongqing Tourism Bureau announced that Chongqing has received 450.8613 million domestic and foreign tourists last year, an increase of 15.1%; the total tourism income has achieved 264.521 billion yuan, an increase of 17.5%. Last year, Chongqing has channeled great efforts into the investment, brand creation, festival activities and other aspects: such as having attracted tourism investment of more than 120 billion yuan, including 50 billion yuan invested by Wanda Group to build Chongqing Wanda Cultural Tourism City and 30 billion yuan invested by the Six Flags Group from United States and the Riverside Group to forge Riverside Theme Town----Six Flags Great Adventure, etc. Fifteen national and municipal tourism resorts have been set up, and nine tourists attractions have been assessed as 4A. Also, Chongqing has successfully launched the tourism theme slogan of the “Beautiful Chongqing with Mountains and Rivers”, the fi rst Wuling Mountain Folk Culture and Tourism Festival, the seventh session of International Tourism Festival of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River and other activities. All these efforts have expanded the infl uence of Chongqing tourism.

LONCIN Motor Co., Ltd. has invested 300 million yuan to purchase Italy C.M.D

LONCIN Motor Co., Ltd. announced that the company had completed the transactions and industrial and commercial registration to purchase Italy CMD in Rome, Italy on January 19 this year. LONCIN Motor Co., Ltd. had acquired approximately 67% of the equity of CMD and paid the total amount of €41.11 million (approximately 300 million RMB) to its respective parties with its own funds. The success of purchasing CMD by LONCIN Motor Co., Ltd. marks its successful entry into the general aviation piston engine industry, which is conducive to the company to further enhance the capabilities of positive design, research&development and manufacturing to produce engines with large displacement, and promote the upgrade of professionalclass unmanned aerial vehicles.

Bone repair material “made in Chongqing” has broken the monopoly of the United States

According to the news of Yubei Airport Development Area on February 6, Chongqing Runze Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a porous tantalum regenerative bone repair materials, therefore, made up the domestic gaps in this field. The company has successfully declared three national issues, two projects in Chongqing, and established the Chongqing Medical Metal Materials Engineering Technology Research Center. The fi rst full-steel structure school begins to be built

On February 9, the first school made of full-steel structure----Chongqing Nankai Liangjiang School officially began to be hoisted. The total number of steel components used for the school is more than 7,000 pieces and the quantity of steel structure is about 5,000 tons. The school is expected to be put into operation in September this year. In recent years, Chongqing has been vigorously developing steel structure, and steel structure technology is applied for many offi ce buildings, affordable housing, schools and other public and public welfare buildings invested and led by government. The professionals of the industry believe that the promotion of steel structure building will further resolve the local steel production capacity, help to upgrade the construction industry, but also will cultivate a number of leading general engineering contractor enterprises with design, manufacturing, construction, and operation integrated.

Singapore has become the third largest overseas area of Chongqing cross-border RMB settlement

According to Chongqing currency credit operation data in 2016 issued by Chongqing Business Management Department of the People’s Bank of China on February 13, the real cross-border RMB settlement and payment occurring between Chongqing and Singapore amounted to 12.94 billion yuan, up by 35.2% on last year, accounting for 11.3% of the total amount of Chongqing in the last year. At present, Singapore has become the third largest overseas area of Chongqing cross-border RMB settlement.
