【摘要】課堂中有很多美的因素可供教師挖掘,譬如學生的自信之美、個性之美和成長之美,課例譯林新版《英語》六下 Unit 5 A party(Story time),展現了教師在挖掘課堂之美時所做的探索。

教學既是一門技術,也是一門藝術。而現實教學中,教學藝術往往被我們忽視。講求教學藝術就要挖掘教學中的美,課堂上,學生是主體,是教學的出發點和歸宿點,教學的美應最終體現在學生身上。那么,我們該如何讓學生在課堂上展現自信之美、個性之美和向上之美呢?下面,筆者以譯林新版《英語》六下 Unit 5 A party(Story time)為例,談談如何在英語教學中彰顯學生的美。
一、教學目標
能正確理解、朗讀課文并可以根據提示復述課文內容;能聽懂、會讀、會說單詞: balloon, appear, clown, begin;能自制派對邀請卡,并能邀請他人參加派對。
二、教學過程
Step 1 Warm up
Enjoy a video: Party time
T: Its an interesting song,right?What are we going to talk about this lesson?Can you guess?
Ss: Party.
此處教師不是直接揭示課題,而是讓學生根據視頻內容,自己說出課的主題,把話語權交給學生。
T: Yes. We are going to talk about a party. When you see the word, how do you feel?
S: Happy,food...
當看到party這個詞的時候,你有什么樣的感覺呢?教師利用心理學的“通感效應”,讓學生暢所欲言,學生充分表達自己的感覺,這為后續教學做好了情感鋪墊。
Step 2 Presentation
T:Yes. What is the party for? Birthday party? Guess!
S: Birthday party, Halloween party...
T: Which one do you like best?
S: Childrens Day party.
T: When is Childrens Day? What are you going to do at this Childrens Day party?
S: Im going to ...
T: We are going to do lots of things at the party. What do we need for the party?
S: We need...
T: What are these in English?
教授單詞: balloon
S: We need some snacks, fruit and toys.
上面的兩處提問旨在培養學生的發散性思維,讓學生發揮想象力,并通過知識、觀念的重新組合,尋找更多的答案。
T: We are going to invite a special man to come to the party. Who is he? Read the riddle and try to guess. You have only ten seconds.
教授單詞: clown.
此處既讓學生有游戲的愉悅,又有受時間限定的緊張。學生在該活動中學習生詞:clown。
T: The children are talking about the party for Childrens Day too. What are they going to do for the party?Share your ideas with your partners.
T: Actually what are they going to do for the party? Lets listen and match.
Now, lets check the answer.

T: Before the party , Liu Tao and his friends are talking about their plans for the party. What is Liu Tao going to do for the party?
由猜測到帶著問題聽錄音連線,發散性的思考、任務性的練習,讓學生的口語表達和聽力能力得到了發展。此處有一個留白:What is Liu Tao going to do for the party?文中沒有說,學生可以發揮自己的想象力嘗試猜測:He is going to ...
T: The party begins. 指著圖片問:Who is the clown? How do you know that? (教授: appear)
T: What is Liu Tao going to do for the party? Do you know now?
根據學生的回答,教師修改板書:He is going to bring some balloons.
T: What are they going to do at the party?
What are they going to do first?Share your opinions.
文本的留白不少。文中人物先要做什么呢?沒有直接說。那么學生就可以猜一猜,說一說,分享一下自己的觀點。
Step 3 Read and act the story
T: Lets listen and repeat. Please pay attention to your pronunciation and intonation.
T: You may read together or read in roles. Choose one way to read with your group members.
T: Now lets act it out.
你是愿意齊讀還是和本組同學分角色朗讀?選擇你喜歡的方式讀一讀。這里充分體現了教師對學生學習自主性的尊重。

T:We are also going to have a party too. Where are you going to have the party? When are you going to have the party?...
Discuss and make your invitation card.
Exchange your invitation cards and invite your partners to come to the party.
Dont forget to say: Welcome to the party!
學語言的目的是用語言。在拓展環節中,教師結合話題,布置任務,讓學生使用語言。
Step 5 Homework
Act the dialogue with your group members.
Invite your best friends to come to your party. Dont forget to take your invitation cards.
【教后反思】
本節課體現了以下之美:
第一,自信之美。在本課教學中,教師多次將話題拋給學生:今天這節課的話題是什么?兒童節聚會需要些什么?劉濤打算為兒童節的聚會做些什么?讓學生自己去想象并猜測。在整個過程中,由于問題具有開放性,學生暢所欲言,自信地分享、表達觀點。
第二,個性之美。教學中,教師應關注學生不同的興趣傾向和學習風格,如此學生才能在被尊重與賞識中得到喚醒。在本節課中,教師讓學生根據自己的理解表達對問題的看法;根據自己的喜好選擇朗讀方式;根據自己的想法設計邀請卡。教師充分尊重學生的選擇,這使得兒童勇于、樂于表達自己的主張,展現了學生的個性之美。
第三,成長之美。真實的課堂會有缺憾,這是學生真實的成長樣態。課上,雖然有的學生回答不準確,有的學生不能猜出謎語的答案,有的學生發音不準確……但是,正是在這樣的課堂上,兒童可以自由而真實地展現自己的學習過程。此時,教師的責任在于激發學生的好奇心和學習熱情,使他們自信地向上成長。<\\Ysc02\d\邱\江蘇教育\小學版\2017\02\KT1.TIF>
