Abstract:To study the 600 MW direct air-cooling unit backpressure economical operation, backpressure chocking was calculated by adopting equivalent heat drop principle. By adopting the steam turbine power net increment method to calculate the different load is obtained under different environmental temperature, air cooling fan frequency curve and the fitting formula of economic operation, for the economic operation of the same kind of direct air cooling unit to provide the reference.

2017-03-09 Principle of contact resistance of alternating current sampling circuit and its simulation analysis

Abstract:This paper analyzed the resistance characteristics of alternating current sampling circuit of protective control device in intelligent substation and proposed the contact resistance model of alternating current sampling circuit. Firstly, this paper built a simulation model of contact resistance of alternating current sampling circuit using the Matlab Simulink software. Then it analyzed the influence of contact resistance variation on signal transmission and verified it by simulation through adjusting the resistance parameters among terminals. At last, it proposed some reasonable suggestions to preventing the contact defaults of connector.

2017-03-19 Design of radial gate for spillway of Qincun Reservoir

Abstract:Based on the feature and function of Qincun Reservoir, radial gate was selected. This paper introduced the structure and design feature of radial gate. In the common oblique branch arm structure, slightly lifting the upper frame will even the load on upper and under frame, and will increase the gate overall rigidity. To eliminated vibration while leakage, steel with less strength was used on gate, and higher strength steel on gate frame. Alignment of hinges was optimized to avoid interference while opening and closing. Fine lubricity and mesh accuracy requires less maintenance.

Abstract:To solve the magnetization problem of journal, sliding ring, fan disk of 390H type rotor journal, sliding ring, fan disk central ring and other parts, the causes were analysed. At the scene of the demagnetization short time limit, the insufficient capacity of ac voltage regulator, steam turbine side guard ring did not pull out the conditions, comprehensive the direct current demagnetization method and ac demagnetization method is adopted to be magnetized parts separately demagnetization, demagnetization effect is good, completely eliminated the generator bearing damage, journal electric burns safe hidden trouble.

Abstract:To solve the problems such as coal bunker frequent jam, air seal leakage and powder pipe blockage, improvement reconstruction of coal bunker, air seal, hot air isolation valve and pulverizer impeller was carried out. The lifetime of vulnerable parts was evaluated. An integrated performance improvement plan for bowl type medium speed pulverizer was established. This could be referred by similar power plant.

Which fulfilled setting value undisturbed switching and ensured adjusting two pumps of different size.

Abstract:In the process of large thermal power unit to participate in grid peak regulating, variation in turbine shaft sealing system parameters causes the rotor at shaft seal to bear alternating stress effect, and finally causes the life loss of rotor. Taking the appearing problems in the commissioning of a certain Huadian power plant as a basis, this paper introduces the influence of steam temperature variation of shaft seal on the life of rotor when current power plant system is in variable load operation. After that, it proposed some corresponding improvement measures in aspects of operation and technical management, which has a certain reference significance for the life management of similar units.

2017-03-36 1 000 MW primary fan increasing vibration cause analysis and solution

Abstract:A power plant’s 1 000 MW unit YKK710-4W type primary fan passed the vibration test after overhaul. In the three months after, vibration kept increasing till over limit vibrating and threatened to unit operation safety. By vibration diagnostic and current spectrum analysis, the primary cause was found as the contact surface of adjusting washer was too small. After changed washer to proper size, this issue was solved.Damage extending and over-maintenance of generator was avoided. This shortened the maintenance period, reduced cost and effectively ensured equipment safety.

Abstract:Based on the problem of a power plant’s No.1 and No.2 boiler reheater attemperating water control valve leakage at zero opening, this paper introduced the improvement plant that changed the control valve core to triple seal structure, change the throttle sleeve to triple stage control structure, and change the valve control cure to equal percentage characteristic. After this improvement, the leakage at zero opening was eliminated. Valve flow control linearity is fine. This could be referred by similar control valve improvement project.

Abstract:The limestone-gypsum method desulfurization process is widely applied in thermal power plant. The process of limestone acceptance is complicated. Based on GB/T 176—2008MethodsforChemicalAnalysisofCement, the reference method requires more than 20 hours. The instead method in GB/T 5762—2012MethodsforChemicalAnalysisofLimestone,QuicklimeandHydratedLimeforBuildingMaterialsIndustryneeds more than 10 hours. By innovating test procedure, the simplified method reduced the test duration from three working days to one working day, and reduced the drug consumption. Test deviation is acceptable for site limestone acceptance.

After set the hydrogen pressure to 0.150 MPa and stopped cooling water system, hydrogen dryer, close type pump and oil-seal pump, the hydrogen purity and dew point satisfied the requirement and would save 800 000 Yuan on energy and maintenance.
