In order to more effectively meet the huge demand for wind turbine of Chinese and global market， SIEMENS Wind Turbine Blade （Shanghai） Co.， Ltd. launched the second phase of expansion project in 2015， and hold the completion ceremony on October 27， 2016. The completion of the expansion project is an important milestone to promote localization production capacity of wind industry. Based on the expansion from the existing production scale and value chain， the company will achieve the leap in quality and quantity and build a more competitive production system to better serve the growing needs of Chinese and worldwide customers.

On November 3rd， Chinas first heavy-lift Long March 5 carrier rocket was successfully lunched in Wenchang， Hainan， marking a new milestone in Chinas space industry. Long March 5 applied 4 scientific and technological achievements developed by Harbin FRP Institute， Nanjing Fiberglass R&D Institute and China Building Materials Academy.

The composite tank bracket and cylinder bracket， developed by Harbin FRP Institute， are structural parts in rocket propulsion subsystem with high precision and large load stress. They can replace traditional mental brackets with weight down to 50% and bearing capacity up by 4 times， greatly improving structural efficiency， as a successful application of composite materials in space industry. Nanjing Fiberglass R&D Institute develops high-tenacity fiber with independent intellectual property rights， as the interiors and structures of Long March 5， which improves performance and reduces the weight of products. Developed by China Building Materials Academy， the optical fiber image-shifting lens matches with testing and calibrating instrument of optical sight in guided system， to meet the requirement of high precision and integration， realizing the accurate calibration of optical sight and guaranteeing the success of the mission.

On November 11， Chinas first clothing material “l(fā)ibrary” opened to the public in Hangzhou， the capital of Zhejiang Province. The “books” in the “l(fā)ibrary” are actually made up of more than 1，800 varieties of cloth in different materials， colors and decorative patterns. Covering an area of about 2，000 square meters， the “l(fā)ibrary” was established by a local clothing material R&D center to provide a professional site for fashion designers， garment enterprises and college students majoring in fashion design to conduct research and practice their craft. For visitors， the great variety of beautiful clothing materials is a feast for the eyes.

On November 15， Shaanxi Emergency Industry Association & First MembersRepresentative Congress was held in Xian. It aims to promote the development of emergency industry and mobilize the initiative of all members.

It is understood that the emergency industry is to provide special products and services for emergency prevention and preparedness， monitoring and early warning， as well as disposal and rescue. The provincial government office puts forward clear opinions on the implementation of emergency industry， that by the end of the “13th FiveYear”， it should realize the initial establishment of emergency industry， with obvious expansion of industrial scale， more perfect product category， and improved technology content， which could meet the demands of routine reserve and emergency relief， and realize the total industrial output value of more than double in 2015， reaching 80 billion yuan.

GRN-GROUP， local sports brand， announced on November 22， that the proposed application to privately issue not more than 18 million shares to raise funds of 550 million yuan for the construction of “supply chain construction project”， has been formally approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission. The GRN-GROUP indicated that with the recovery of the industry， the outsourcing purchase would be gradually transferred into their own production in the supply chain project， with the sports apparel production capacity of 10 million articles per year， basically matched with the number of outsourcing purchase during the reporting period， and the company also has the independent capacity to digest 10 million articles per year.

On December 1st， the China （Lanxi） International Textile Cooperation and Development Forum with the theme of “Integrating the Belt and Road Initiative， Win-win& Sharing” was held in Lanxi. There were more than 100 domestic and foreign buyers and exporters， as well as experts and scholars in the field of textile industry from nearly 10 countries. At the forum， many experts and scholars have delivered keynote speeches about the situation analysis and future development of Chinas textile and garment trade， the transformation and upgrading of Chinas textile industry under the background of “The Belt and Road Initiative”， the Russian apparel market and so on.
