摘 要:基于項目一期研究中建立的典型應用領域全球定量遙感指標體系、關鍵算法模型、技術流程等,以定量遙感共性產品為基礎數據源,研發面向全球林業、農業、礦產、水資源、生態環境等典型應用領域定量遙感產品生產系統,并分布式部署在國家林業、農業、礦產、水資源、生態環境等相關業務部門,形成20種以上典型應用領域定量遙感專題產品業務生產能力,以及20種以上生態環境要素監測與診斷產品的業務能力,為國家監控全球糧食、資源和生態環境安全形勢,應對全球變化與危機提供技術支撐。

Abstract: Based on the global quantitative thematic remote sensing production system in typical application fields, key algorithm and model, technical processes established in the first phase of project, the research aimed to develop the The global quantitative thematic remote sensing production systems in typical application fields including forestry, agriculture, mining, water resources and ecological environment. These systems will be distributed at the national forestry, agriculture, mining, water resources, ecological environment and other related businesses, which will form the business production capacity of producing more than 20 kinds of typical applications of quantitative remote sensing thematic products, as well as more than 20 environmental monitoring and diagnostic products. These thematic remote sensing productions will serve for the national monitoring of global food security and situation of resources and ecological environment, and may provide technical support for global change and crisis response.
